Tumbling through the tall grass that stretched across the horizon, a single, golden spark drifted upward into the cloudy sky. However, the far-away pride of Luxray was nothing but a mere sight for the supermodel of Hoenn and Unova to enjoy; finding herself to be situated on top of a giant boulder that sat on the edge of the grassy plains, her eyes would escape the notebook that sat within her hands to spectate the sprinting of an endless pack of black, shaggy fur, most accompanied by blue faces cloaked in determination. Just where exactly was this large mass of electricity headed?

Bundled in a large strand of white fur and feathers, the winds that emanated from the fierce and fast movements under Cordelia would not even cause a goosebump to form on her delicate skin, nor the belongings that were spread around her on a soft blanket of white and red- aside from her pen and paper, Togedemaru and a few trinkets lay still on the edge of the rocks, as well as a cold drink that seemed to stir on its own. While it was projected by the local news around the volcano that the pack of gleaming eyes would pass through Route 113 in the direction of Fallarbor Town, she was here to begin writing one of her new songs that she had begun to envision within her mind days earlier; her lyrics were much easier written when she left her home in upper Lavaridge and ventured out in the wilds, as the tropical winds that coasted throughout Hoenn seemed to help the ink ease across the paper more freely.

Moving about ten feet deeper from the formation of smooth rocks that she sat upon, the pack of lions jumped through the grass, their electric currents flowing out of their fur like water off of a duck's back. With the abundance of energy, muse came to the dragon trainer's head like a lightbulb- finally, the title that she had been looking for had made itself known. In a delicate stroke of penmanship, the words black pearl appeared in black ink, as if lightning had struck the top of the page. Joyously, the girl of white and red would stand and witness the moving current of black and blue that expanded across the ashy terrain in front of her; reaching into a small pocket within her mokomoko, she would reveal a delicate poke-ball of red and white color in her hands, twinkling within the rays of light that shone down on the pride. With all of her might, she would throw the ball down into the abyss of moving colors in an attempt to capture one of the magnificent beings of the wild.
