He knew that there were attempts to reach out to their—to their otherworldly counterparts, however his brows furrowed in concern.

“It might be taken as a double-edged sword,” he admitted quietly.

Here, at least, in the seam between dimensions, there’s quiet.

Not that he was throwing some speculative shade, but who knew what was going on behind the scenes? Any kind of deception was possible at this point.
