DANGER HAS BEEN DETECTED IN THE EXTRADIMENSIONAL COMPOUND UNDERNEATH RUSTBORO CITY. From within the ancient ruins from Sootopolis, threats from Sea Hoenn have begun to emerge. Curiously, the invaders have begun to emerge from within the dimensional pocket itself— and not through the ancient ruins' portal...

News of these extradimensional dangers have not been made public. Instead, the League has tasked the AQUA Initiative with dealing with them discreetly.

NOTE

Unlike other AQUA missions, the characters who are able to participate will be more limited. Those planning to take on this mission must have participated in AQUA ASSEMBLY PT. 2, or any GYM LEADER/MINOR LEAGUE GYM LEADER. One AQUA Initiative member must be present. These characters must also have at least 100 INFAMY.

Trained Sea Hoenn Pokemon have emerged to attempt to attack Hoenn in waves. Occasionally, Sea Hoennians may join the attack. Should they be defeated, some will warp back, their bodies glowing with pattern similar to the late Bailey Cooper's Kyogre-markings. You may play with your sea-alternates coming— but be reasonable.
