Biscotti finds her way to a sleepy Purrloin who sniffs at her politely when she roused him from his nap. However, As Mint trudged forward, still lost in thought, the cat runs away much to Bibi's dismay. A shame. It would've been nice to have another cat her size. She continued forward, going back to nudge Mint forward as he sighed softly and obliged.

Biscotti was doing her best, but it seemed she wasn't as skilled as her other companions at cheering up the blue boy. She greeted a purple/pink Murkrow excitedly, looking over at Mint but the Rocket trudged forward without so much as a glance. Finding this rude, the bird huffed, swooped down to peck at his head before quickly flying off.

Despite the momentary attack, Mint recovers well enough, sighing and walking off. Biscotti's ears droop a little. This isn't going well. It goes worse when Mint seemed to divert off the path, following something glowing in the trees. Bibi mewls trying to pull him back but the trainer followed, curiosity dampening his melancholy. Laughter rings out but it's from a pokemon. Whatever approximation of poikemon laughter one could imagine as the Fennekin stood on a log, giggling and laughing at Mint who had...tripped over. Mint looks up confused, and the Fennekin makes a show of it's WILL-O-WISP attack. Bibi is busy about to say something about it's rudeness when Mint points behind it, surprised. The fox turns to look before he tosses a safari pokemon, grinnng arrogantly. "We got 'em, Bibi." she is surprised but ultimatly hops a few times in place to celebrate the amazing catch.

Mint, mood heightened y the quick catches, let out a whoop as Biscotti wiggled around. She was more excited about her trainer's change in mood than anyth8ing else. Joining the celebration was a small Hatenna, who clapped for the pair despite being unsure what they were celebrating. Mint was surprised, squat down to look over the fairy type before pressing a pokeball to its confused head and grinning. "She matches you, Bibi." he said as the cat let out a high pitched chirp.

Mint doesn't notice something SHADOW SNEAK into his shadow and crawl up his back. Biscotti does does, watching a curious Spinarak crawling up his back and trilling softly. The cat jumped into action leaping up and batting the little spider away, much to it's surprise. The Spinarak drops to the gerund onto its back, crying loudly and Mint yelps. Not particularly found of bugs, but unable to feel anything but pity for the spider pokemon, he steels himself and tries to flip it over. "It's ok! It's ok! We were just!! Surprised!" he said as Bibi's ears drooped in guilt. Though, that seemed to be enough as the little spider began crawling up to his arm again and hanging out. "I-...you know- you're kinda cute." Mint said wit ha small sigh and a little smile before popping the top of his last pokeball onto the Spinarak.
