Felix didn't join rocket for the roar of war. It'd been something he'd grown to swallow without flinching, but it was never something he sought out.

Unlike some.

After recieving some medical attention from his Hatterene, the Admin was back on the prowel, ready to return to his position beside jayden cross, or Elisabeth Fiorelli, or even Alexandra Briarwood.

That is until a shadow bolt came speeding toward him.

"PROTECT."

Out from the Froslass, a sphere rises, blocking the incoming arc of power.

"There."

With a flick of the wrist, he directed his Charizard to return the line of fire with his own. Fire spewed from the dragon's jaws, sending forth an INFERNO of spiraling flames back toward the beast and pokemon.

The inferno was split by the incoming HYDRO CANON, spilling out and onto the surrounding area, burning everything within it's touch to a crisp.

"hm."

It wasn't every day you see a fire hose electric type. But there was no time to question the strategy behind it, or the clear enjoyment the trainer was achieving from this battle, as the electric dog spat back out a similar spiral of INFERNO flames.

"Air Slash."

With the cut of his wing, the dragon sent out a line of sharp blades of air. It sliced the flame in two, forcing it to split into two small ravines, similar to what the HYDRO CANON had done a second earlier.

As it did so, Felix glanced down at his Froslass. It was her turn. The feminine pokemon brought up an arm and sent forth a WIL-O-WISP toward the opposing pokemon.

Another spat forth, this time toward his Froslass. She tried to PROTECT against it again, knowing better than to fight FIRE with ICE, but with the speed at which it came, and the intensity of the flames, it cracked through the barrier, piercing straight to her face. The pokemon fumbled backward against the heat, flinching from the sheer shock of it alone.

Felix, on the other hand, dealing with his own battle, as a spike of rock pierced upward nearly impaling him through the chest. If it weren't for his past, he might've not had the reaction time to dodge the incoming blow, and even then, the jagged rock still skidded the side of his chest, drawing blood.

"Fuck," He winched, grabbing at his side. The wound was superficial, but the blood still pour out relentlessly, all thick and red. "We need space."

The blacken Charizard nodded and opened its maw, releasing forth a cloud of smog into the battlefield until a SMOKESCREEN consumed the terrain. From there, they'd have a moment to regain some composure, and redirect themselves behind the wall of concealment.

With an extra second left to spare, Felix's Charizard was able to step in, shielding his trainer's open wound from the exploding rocks with the back of his wings. The rock tore into the Dragon's scales, drawing it's own set of marks across his wings.

Froslass, on the other hand, was barely hanging on. After the direct hit from the initial FLAMETHROWER, the ghost type had been sent to the ground, allowing her to just barely dodge the continuing blow of heat. With the SMOKESCREEN cover now activated, she utilized her GHOSTLY attributes to slowly slip around the spiral of flames and toward the man's left. Felix and Charizard moved toward the right.

The second they had the opportunity to do so, the two parties would unleash an outpour of power, looking to force the man into a pinch. A horrendous BLIZZARD blew in from Froslass to the left, while another serpent of INFERNO flames came from the right.

Who was the dirty fighter again?

Felix clicked his tongue against his teeth as the dual attacks both failed to reach it's mark. Annoying.

From the left, Froslass' BLIZZARD continued to pour out, filling the left side of the field with sleet and snow. It'd continued to add pressure against the ground barrier, pushing and pushing, until the person behind it was forced to react. Not only that, but given the width of the incoming snow storm, sleet and icicles that weren't blocked continued to pierce through the air, bombarding the surrounding Littleroot houses until glass shattered and wood chipped away.

With the continuing pressure from Froslass and thick SMOKESCREEN, Felix thought it to be safe enough to use SUNNY DAY to brighten the skies above and boost their incoming fire power. Unfortunately, this gave him less time to react to the incoming THUNDERBOLT which was aimed for his trainer's chest. Again.

Whipping his tail to the side, the Pokémon forced Felix out of the way. Unfortunately, while doing so, Charizard ended up taking the brunt end of the damage, as electricity surged through his body and forced out a wild Draconic scream.

What a pinch.

A bloodcrueling cry pierced through the bloodied skies as the Precipice Blades tore through the spectral maiden's chest and late soul. As a parting gift, however, the now lifeless CURSED BODY left one last mark on the trainer's battle. Precipice Blades was DISABLED.

"Oh fuck off," the admin cursed under his breath. The manipulation of the ground without a second pokemon around rung some bells inside his head, but up until then, he thought, it'd be better to consider the possibilities behind it after disengaging. At least now he didn't have to.

Charizard continued to fight against the Manecritic's attacks. This time being it's FLAMETHROWER. Empowered by both SUNNY DAY, DROUGHT, and it's ability, BLAZE, the Charizard looked to beat out the pup through sheer firepower alone, pushing against the FLAMETHROWER with his own INFERNO flames. Further and further, he'd look to push it, until one's fire snuffed out the other.

All the while the Rocket Admin sent forth another pokemon to the battleground: his ace, Gallade.

Before he could react, a large HAMMER ARM came crashing down, sending the Charizard from a being in a pinch to fully knocking out.

"Tsk."

Another loss pokemon. Normally, it wouldn't matter too much -- that's what they were there for. But, this extended battle was slowly growing detrimental to the Rocket Admin.

In the dragon's place, Felix sent out his final pokemon: Hatterene.

Upon her release, a sprout of MAGIC POWDER is immediately released, looking to turn the urshifu into a PSYCHIC type. All the while, Felix placed a finger over the thin white band around his wrist, unlocking the power he hadn't utilized since those endless MAGMA training sessions.

Suddenly, a burst of pink energy erupted from GALLADE, enveloping the psychic type as he evolved from his basic form to MEGA GALLADE.

From there, the swordsman continued his set up, activating DOUBLE TEAM to creat not one, not two, not three, but four identical mirror images of himself.
