How long has it been since he was last in one of these things? Or even been up to this neck of Hoenn? Who cares he was ready to go out and try and find some Pokemon after not getting any for so long. Today was going to be one of those treat yourself days that people always insist are once a year but let's face it, its probably closer to once a month if you got a good paycheck. Twirling some bait in one hand and a ball in the ohter Kazimir set off to try and test his luck to see what he could find out there.

"...huh." Did that tree just...blink? He knew Sudowoodo liked to mimic trees out in the wild but this one was way too big for it to be one. Plus it had berries growing on it so it wasn't a Pokemon. Even still he was sure that he saw a pair of eyes on it. Inching closer Kazimir was ready to reach out and touch where he though he saw eyes when a pink tongue suddenly erupted from the bark and licked his face. There was hardly a beat before he threw out a pokeball towards the tongue's point of origin as a reflex with a scream.

"didn't i just take care of a bunch of you last week!?" A stone nearly grazed his cheek as he ran while looking over his shoulder at the angry Mankey giving chase from atop the trees. Why it was so mad at him was a good question, not even Kaz knew why it was chasing him only that if it caught up to him then that could spell trouble. Still running wasn't the only option he had and as he turned on a dime with his heel he managed to catch one of the rocks thrown at him and reeled his hand back before snapping it forward and returning the rock right into the Mankey's face where it dazed it long enough to have it miss grabbing onto a branch and crash onto the floor. Before he could give it the chance to even catch a breath Kaz was already hurling a pokeball at its body.

The clinking of klingklang was a soothing sound as it floated about the air around Kazimir as he took a moment to set up a small spot and enjoy a nice little picnic break for himself. unfortunately while taking a breather was great for catching his breath he was pretty shit at giving himself a snack. the large man looked at the mess of a sandwich he made on his blanket as he looked at the pickles, ham, bacon, green onions, and even chorizo all strewn about the plastic plate. honestly all that was left on the plate that looked like a sandwich was a single slice of bacon and pepper as he squished the buns together. Still it was food, so he took a bite out of it.

He looked down at the little bear as it waddled about the pond splashing around like it had no care in the world. Something about the sight of it was really tugging at his heartstrings. It was like he really wanted to go up and join in on the fun with it. As much as he would love to do that he was running out the clock and running out of balls so that wasn't much of an option. What was an option was luring it over as Kaz let out a whistle and threw out some bait for it to take. As the little bear cub wandered out of the water and stared at the bait at its feet it wasn't even paying attention as Kaz walked past it, dropping a ball onto its head and watching it get sucked in.

"Go! Down! Ya! Puffball!" With each grunt and breath Kaz threw a mixture of stones and bait at the Jigglypuff that was laughing at him as it floated around in the air. Normally Kaz would just walk away but this thing took his philly steak sandwich! There were some things nobody or even Pokemon does and one of them included touching another man's philly steak. As the pokemon just dodged all the stuff thrown at it it only giggled only to get a face full of rocks as Kazimir threw the last remaining stock he had the Jigglypuff and it managed to daze it as it floated down to the ground allowing Kaz to toss his last ball at it.
