despite being a good sport, the weight of having lost her first competition ever was finally weighing down on the pink-haired coordinator. "you did so good, dussy!" she cheered on her duskull who seemed to be there to support his trainer, patting her on the back to console her. the two of them were on the lookout for a new member of the party to hopefully make the next competition a stunning success.

it was honestly a shock to everyone involved, including pippa, that she didn't have a piplup. the adorable pokemon was suitable for coordinator contests and just to be a cute team member. "cuff that darling miscreant!" pippa demanded of dussy who nodded and gave a pursuit that was attached to the shadow of the pokeball that was thrown in the direction of the piplup. the attack was swift but gentle enough to hopefully not faint the poor dear.[break]
