At the sight of the Crocalor, the streamer couldn't help but shout.

"LET'S FUCKING GOOOO, CHAT!"

With that declaration, the brunette raised one leg in the air as he used the other to hop back a few steps, then hurled his pokeball directly at the fire croc. Sure, he felt a little bad to steal Pippa's thunder like that, but first come, first serve, as they always say. He didn't even pay any mind to the poor Croagunk, far too excited about the evolutionary line of their friend-shaped hunt.

"Send us some clovers in the chat for bag us another! Gotta find Miss-- Mrs? Silver a friend shaped fire croc!"

With that said, he lowered his phone, covering the camera and attempting to cover the mic. With the cameras gone for now, his demeanor quickly changed as he fidgeted a bit where he stood, frowning somewhat.

"Sorry, I should've asked before, did you two have the wedding yet? I don't want to call you the wrong thing."

For now, he killed the livestream. He could blame it on poor service once he decided to turn it back on.

"Nothing less than best for Silver Corps' current head," he offered, surprisingly genuine with his words. Pippa was a hard worker and he could admire that about her. "Of course you've got an invitation for Micah and me, right?"

It seemed he was more than pleased with his previous find in the way he picked up the poke ball and placed it in with the ensemble of other Pokemon he carried. He'd make sure to give the middle-staged fire croc a good home. And it seemed the smile on his face was genuine, like he found some pleasure in his find. Perhaps it was harsh to say, but it was the first time he hadn't had to force the cheery nature -- he was genuinely happy. Though at the sight of the fiery pair, he couldn't help but give a laugh.

"Poor Smoliver would be terrified if he saw that Numel," he offered as he reminisced on a previous mission with Micah. "Might give the little guy some war flashbacks."

"i don't know. it isn't quite classy for you to not even offer me a chance to catch the darling," pippa said, batting her eyelashes and looking downward in a playfully disapproving manner at danny. "i'll think on that invitation. micah, however, is welcome to come. if she chooses you as a plus one, so be it." still playful, pippa kicked off to the next stage of their adventure. she would not be going home until they got another friend-shaped ghost pepper pokemon to take home and she had something to write home to flynt about. his poor little heart would be so disappointed if she came back empty-handed, she argued.

An overexaggerated frown tugged at Danny's features as he looked at Pippa. Surely she was joking, right? Right?! But at least if he was picked as the plus one for his partner, he was still welcome to come, but that was still slim. She'd been spending a lot more time in the lab and socializing with some of the more brilliant minds of Rocket. (Was he a little jealous? Perhaps.) He let his Smoliv out of its ball to go after the Sizzlipede. Unfortunately the olive-like pokemon turned tail and instead flailed at the Toxel instead. Danny looked confused, but then nodded understandingly.

"You're so right, Smoliver, I do need a poison type on my team more!" he grinned as he threw a poke ball at the weakened Toxel.

"But in all seriousness? You're both welcomed to Micah and I's wedding, whenever we get the time to get around to it. I'm sure you can relate to the lack of time thing."

looking upon the sizzlipede, she thought about catching it for a moment but decided it best to save her pokeballs for what she was truly after. the small bug just snapped its little incisors and crawled away happily, unperturbed. "mm, i do. time is a luxury even the rich can't afford to buy," she sighed in a rare moment of thought that surpassed one centimeter in depth. "but oh well! we'll both get to it. perhaps we'll even have a joint wedding. wouldn't that be adorable?" having a wedding with their friends didn't sound horrible and it would take a lot less planning on her behalf if she had extra hands on deck. the idea was said as a sort of lighthearted suggestion but ... could they? [break]

For a moment, he couldn't help but ponder. Would it truly be worthwhile to have a joint wedding? Danny couldn't help but frown as he shook his head at Pippa's offer. It was extremely noble of her but it felt rude to double up the day and have them both in the limelight. It wasn't long until his frown disappeared as he flashed a sweet smile at the pink haired business mogul.

"As sweet as that is? I'll have to pass. You and Flynt deserve your own special day, and I feel Micah deserves her own day to shine, too."

As he looked at the pokemon before them, he chuckled to himself.

"I'll just catch what I think is cool, you know? I'm just here to help you find your friend. But speaking of friends, I think Flynt would love to see that Ivysaur."

"oh, you don't say?" the cogs in pippa's head churned out an almost hurried response, her hands finding their ways to her hips as she almost got whiplash with how quickly danny pulled her back to the ground. it was true, she couldn't and wouldn't ever share the limelight with anyone aside from flynt. what a stupid idea she had had![break]
"my poor darling, he must be famished without me. he's low on protein, i can sense it. i have a strange tingling in my loins!" the pinkette muttered as she tossed out the pokeball containing her new flareon, allowing it to take a quick attack to the ivysaur before a pokeball followed to capture it. "maybe this will serve as a small present. do you really think he'd like it?" pippa asked hopefully, going to pick up the pokeball with the new grass/poison type within it - already seeing the two cuties play together in flynt's garden.[break]
