A moment after the battle kicked back up, Alec heard a woman's voice prompting him to look over, seeing a woman, possibly around his own age. Her question asking if he wanted to have an actual battle made him smirk slightly. "An actual battle with someone else's pokemon was way better than having his own duke it out against one another. Sure, why not?" Alec said, holding his slight smirk. He hopped down off the boulder, and beginning to walk over to her. "Is your Scizor the only pokemon you got? If so, I'll let you choose which of these three ya wanna have a battle with," Alec had said, looking over at his three pokemon.

Kaminari's electric pouches tingled with excitement, hoping that he'd be the one the girl chose for the battle. Meanwhile, The shiny Sceptile and the Scizor stood in silence, yet filled with the same determination that the Pikachu had. They just weren't as open about it. He knew what his three pokemon were capable of. Kaminari and Nat were extremely agile and heavy hitters, whereas Clamps was more of a technical fighter. Alec had also taken a good look at the woman's Scizor, and from what he could tell, it was well-trained just like his pokemon were. "Either way, this should be really interesting," Alec thought to himself as he waited for the girl's answer.

Alec had a feeling she'd choose his Scizor, Clamps. Kaminari was disappointed that he didn't get chosen, however, Alec wanted her to have the choice since it was she who offered to battle. He returned Kaminari and Nat to their respective pokeballs before getting into position. Clamps was fine where he was, given that he had a good distance between him and Louise's own Scizor, not that the distance would be a challenge for him anyway. "Alright, let's get this show on the road," Alec had said, prompting his Scizor to start the first move. Clamps used its speed, quickly zooming from one place to another across the battlefield using AGILITY, without even taking an actual command from Alec, while keeping an eye on the other.

That's how most of his own pokemon were trained anyway. Of course, it took a while for his pokemon to get the hang of it, however, he managed to do it. When he had the chance, he should thank kyle lopez for that whenever he had the chance.

Alec continued to stand there, not saying anything while wearing his slight smirk still as Clamps the Scizor continued building up speed. However, once it was finished. It made a swift beeline at Louise's own Scizor, using QUICK ATTACK; bringing its claw to the other Scizor's midsection. With Clamp's TECHNICIAN ability, the power behind its quick attack would hit a lot harder. What's more is that, with its recent boost in speed from earlier, it was much faster the moment it used quick attack.

That's how Alec had trained Clamps to fight. Instead of relying on extremely powerful attacks, he taught it to use its speed in tandem with it's its own technician skills. In all honesty, Alec believed that it made Clamps stronger this way. Alec was curious though as to how Louise trained her own Scizor, noticing that it was using LASER FOCUS.
