he looks at the words printed on his screen. there's inner turmoil upon seeing the second paragraph.

he didn't purchase any dlc. he'll take it if it's free, but he definitely won't pay for it. he starts to wonder if it got his credit card info through a phishing site or something, but he can't be bothered to work for it at the moment.

the last time silph was in his home was when he invited him to start the elite four after verdanturf was razed to the ground, if he remembers correctly. it's the only time too.

he looks at his home compared to before. it's dirty, but for a different reason. there's dog hair everywhere instead of debris and dust, but he supposed they're similar in a way.

kyle looks at his options. his data has been uploaded, so he supposed the most kyle answer would be the most appropriate to see if fernando genuinely likes him.

he liked chinese food. they're greasy, fat and cheap. he wonders why fernando likes them given that he always invites them to extravagant places when he takes the entire party to eat.

he takes a note to bring fernando chinese takeout food next time they hang out since they're cheaper and they're easier for delivery.

as he tries to immerse himself in the scene, he attempts to figure out what he would do if this was the case. he chooses his option, remembering that orange juice goes great with everything.

it's the one thing people don't often think about pairing with chinese food, it's orange juice.

it has a fresh, tangy flavor, which cuts through the greasy, savory flavors of usual chinese cuisine and offers a very nice contrast with the salty soy flavors with it's mix of sweet and sour.

it doesn't do well with the sweet-and-sour variants of dishes though, but fernando's eating noodles. there's a chance that whatever he was eating wasn't that.

kyle wouldn't disrupt a person while they're eating since that's just rude, besides maybe noah. then again, this was an alternate universe where he doesn't exist, he supposed.

he decides to just do what he does to noah.

while fernando appears to not be the type to like physical touch on the outside, kyle bets he's too attention starved that he'd accept it. it's a test to see where he stands to this version of him, he supposed.
