Since the start of Dating Sim fever, Rory had indulged in a plethora of routes. Starting from the boy she was still helplessly crushing on, to the likes of JAMES BAKER , and even at one point the intimidating woman she'd met at powerplant (Katherine Fairburne .)
For a hopeless romantic, it was a dream come true. A fun little way to ease the conscious after a long day of working for villains. So, when she logged into her phone to push through another route, she was surprised at the image that consumed her screen.

"What's this...?"

Interest bubbled in her throat. Cradling the phone between her thin fingers, the mechanic studied the figure for a moment before hesitantly selecting the only option that didn't outright reference it. Better to be formal than refer to it by the wrong name.

She vaguely recalled the biblical tale. But what did it have to do with this?

Bouncing the options in her head, Rory went with the second. If she were to take a chance, it might as well be on the option that held the most intrigue. The others were just pure shots in the dark.

There is much we still don't know - that was a statement that could describe multiple thoughts filtering through her mind. She questioned, more than what the game was detailing, whether what she was viewing was another piece of fiction, as a few of her routes had been, or if it was based in the same reality others sprung from.

And, if it were based on reality, how did Macro Cosmos become privy to such developments? To where did they even originate from? The league? Rocket? If it were rocket, she'd expect to at least hold some hint of what this organic being might've been.
