[attr="class","thadmain"]Cyg kicked through the half-melted snow turned red by runoff from the high rocks around her. This early in the year the unseasonable cold was still sticking around. It was like Kyurem had delivered a venereal disease Hoenn couldn’t kick.

Cyg was pretty much sick of it. Even when the Weather Institute fucked about and made it snow it didn’t last this fucking long.

Mayumi trotted beside her, stopping every now and then to shove interesting looking snow into her mouth. She seemed confused when it would eventually melt into water.

It was that time of year again. The time for him to start taking things a bit more seriously. Ghost needed a new team and he had just the idea. He was going to create the perfect fire team. Well excluding his dragon type even if he did know flame thrower.
As he was walking along the way. Gushing through the snow but he was sure it shouldn't be this much. But he was not complaining as one needs to let mother nature do her.
As he checked his Pokedex he would look on. As it was time to add a new member to the team.

Cyg tosses a Pokeball just as she hears footsteps behind her.

“Oh, it’s you.” Cyg looks him up and down with an unimpressed look. “Ranger Rick. How’s life been treating you?”

Ranger Rick? This left a somewhat confused look on his face. But he knew this person must be waiting on someone else. He was just glad he was able to get to the mighty ground type before anyone else. As he would then say to the being in front of him. "I am a Pokemon Ranger. But my name is not Rick. It is Ghost. Nice to meet you by the way. I am trailing that Tyranitar and it happens to have led me here. But excuse me while it's distracted I plan on catching it off its guard."

Soon he would slowly but surely walk toward to the mighty ground type and give a smile.
As he took out his Pokeball. He would then call forth his Steelix and Maxie knew the drill. As she came out launching a dreadful rage attack at the Tyranitar. This would know it back and down. A sneak attack would damage anyone not expecting it. Soon he would throw his Pokeball and attempt to capture it.
