She had caught wind of an illegal battle hut in slateport's seedy black market area. [break][break]

She had been sent to put a stop to it's operations, she hated these battle huts..pokemon battles were meant to be for fun or for self defense..these battles were twisted and broken, forcing pokemon with no ill will towards one another to fight to the death. [break][break]

It was cruel, in her mind there was no other way to word it. [break][break]

And so the doors to the illegal battle hut blast wide open as an ear piercing soundwave penetrates through the room as her Noivern slithers through and attempts to scramble the crowd into a tizzy with it's super sonic attack. "Everyone get down now! You're all under arrest!" she calls out as her chatot flies in behind her and repeats the phrase "Under arrest, under arrest."

Rocket had sunk it's fangs into the illegal battling circuit far after it'd consumed hoenn. it only felt natural to absorb such an easy revenue stream into their already expansive network. What didn't feel natural, however, was assigning Felix to its regulation.

It was tedious. it was a waste of time.

And yet, it fell under his responsibilities.

His pokemon ladled the scene: gardevoir and Gallade took to the corners, monitoring the exchanging of trade, all the while his dragons took to the actual grounds. It was the perfect measure to ensure the continuation of the event. That was, at least, until a random woman made her entrance.

Felix clicked his tongue, annoyed.

"Gardevoir, gallade," he told his pokemon.

From the left, garedvoir looked to bind the woman with a whirl of PSYCHIC energy. From the right, a haxorus moved in to crunch the chatot in its jaws.

A PSYCHIC wraps around Melody's body, constraining her. She tries to reach for her rapier but the psychic was too strong. Then another pokemon appears, a haxorus named gallade moved in with a crunch attack attempting to consume the bird itself. The jaws lock down on chatot, the pokemon sqwuaks wildly for assistance, and Melody grimmaces. [break][break]

"IAGO!" she yells as the pokemon SCREAMS in return unleashing sonic waves of a BOOMBURST throughout the entire room, slamming into the gardevoir that was restraining Melody.
