reckless? isn't she the one sending her giant elephant toward sceptile?! "push it back with LEAF STORM!" there was distance. this distance allowed sceptile enough time to gather another torrent of leaves made from pure energy. as sceptile gathered that energy within the center palm of his cusp hands. sceptile, then, expelled that said energy within a linear assault.

but that wasn't all. the vaporeon had the audacity to flee. "not on our watch, fetch!" taking a page from kyle lopez. arcanine utilized EXTREME SPEED to give chase. the vaporeon, reigned as queen, would come to be cut off before it could garner the chance to reach marill the calypso. arcanine would sever any hope it had of running to the side of an ally by knocking it off course and sending it right back into the pool of water.

we're not done with you just yet. JOLTEON, then, ran to the edge of the pool, whereas sceptile and alakazam dealt with mamoswine, and released a THUNDER SHOCK into the water. not allowing for any chance of the vaporeon to escape their grasp. if it even dared attempted to tussle with the jolteon, he readied to match the aquatic bitch. arcanine stood in between marill and vaporeon, severing any chance for one to intervene or assist the other. ready to retaliate should one choose to fight him.

dragonite, once more, utilized THUNDER WAVE upon marill the calypso. just why the hell wasn't this disrupting? electricity was practically water's worse nightmare. what a nuisance.

[attr="class","starrytext"]"lady, i was raised with dragons. you try taming one of these things and you'll understand it's not exactly easy to keep them tamed." and the mamoswine kept going?! "alakazam, flip the switch with DISABLE!" you can block the leaf all you want. but with alakazam by sceptile's side, you were sorely mistaken. with the clank of his spoons, alakazam disrupted the ICE FANG. leaving the large pokemon unguarded.

sceptile, readying LEAF BLADES upon each elbow, charged forward toward the big mammoth with its ninja-like movement. using QUICK ATTACK in tandem, sceptile maneuvered with agility. dancing about as he would begin to attack the mamoswine with a series of assaults and slashes from one part of the giant elephant's body the next. he would leave the pokemon no chance to escape his wrath.

next up, VAPOREON, the pokemon bum-rushed jolteon. sending it back and landing upon its feet. "jolteon, on your feet!" he ordered. the pokemon, shakily, stood from the assault. a nuisance the fellow eeveelution had been. but, suddenly, jolteon would release a YAWN. as its mouth opened wide, a series of bubbles began to float outwardly toward the vaporeon. they were harmless, but, the moment one popped, they all popped around the vaporeon. but nothing of threat or worry happened, for now. but, nonetheless, vaporeon would begin to feel drowsy had it no magical or shielding protection.

"arcanine, assist dragonite!" to see his ally in trouble began to boil the dog's blood. the marill's HUGE POWER allowed the physical creature to seriously give it a pounding as it played rough. "EXTREME MIMIC!" the order was understood, arcanine utilized EXTREME SPEED but, also, MIMIC: LEAF BLADE. in a blur arcanine would come to SLASH the marill's back as it was distracted with dragonite. disrupting the relentless assault.

dragonite, landing on his back, was unable to move any further. but, in its greatly weakened state, thanked the arcanine. but arcanine, who didn't have much like for the dragon, was merely paying it back for acting as a decoy earlier and taking on such heavy burden on its own. "dragonite..." to have seen his dragon within such a weakened state. the team was even more fired up. "return." mateo called back his comrade.

"olivia..." mateo stated, furrowed brows directed her way, "shut the FUCK up and fight..." when he told her to shut up, he donned an odd expression. he was smiling. he was excited, but also royally (no pun intended) pissed. when it came to dragonite and sceptile, he hated to see them harmed and weakened. they were strong, but her commentary was seriously started to peck the dragon boy's nerve. and his team could feel that, for they were all angry. they were all running on willpower, drive, and anger, they were just merely calm due to their trainer.

but she awoke the dragon. she awoke what should've stayed sleep. he was fighting her on the level of a tamer, but it was time to remember who he was. it was time to show her the power of a dragon master. "everyone on your damn toes, it's time for war..."

[attr="class","starrytext"]evolution? lucky her. if she were smart she'd surrender, but mateo understood the shallow water witch had no intention of doing so. so, until the bitter, it was time to fuck some shit up. "alakazam, slingshot sceptile!" as the aurora beam chased after the grass-type, alakazam used PSYCHIC upon the SCEPTILE. maneuvering him about within the air. he was like a bird soaring as he'd come t dodge the AURORA BEAM with the help of its psychic ally. LEAF BLADES were still enacted, alakazam would send sceptile hurdling toward the VAPOREON. attempting to cut the water-type down.

had it intended to run or flee, or even use a move, drowsiness would begin to take effect. had it dissolved into acid armor like before, there was a chance it could've avoided the jolteon's yawn. but, instead, it chose to suddenly attack the guarded sceptile? how foolish. maybe if olivia spent less time talking and more time focused, such a mistake wouldn't be easily taken advantage of. "jolteon, thunder shock!" he ordered. jolteon would release an electrical charge toward the VAPOREON the moment it attempted to retaliate against sceptile, run, or even dissolve into ACID ARMOR.

jolteon would be right there. ready to cut the vaporeon off. this trio--sceptile, alakazam, and jolteon--had no intention of letting vaporeon escape their grasp.

this was the endgame.

but as for arcanine, the marill-turned-azumarill was trying to fight the fire dog. arcanine jumped back, with EXTREME SPEED, from the aqua tail that had been swung at it. water and fire didn't go so well for this dog, and he had no intention of letting something like that touch it. he growled, ready to ROAR if need be. he gave the blue rabbit a warning to back the hell up.

"give up already. you're outmatched and that so-called patience you spoke of? doesn't seem to be working out too well for you." mateo growled. daggering eyes continuing to stare the water witch down.

[attr="class","starrytext"]". . .huh?" everyone was confused. but they followed the leader. they were met with dinner. this place was fancy. the dragon master was a bit confused upon looking around. he wasn't exactly sure what was happening, but apparently he--possibly--earned the badge? talk about confusion.

upon taking a seat and his pokemon off to the side. he'd ask, "what do we have to discuss?" he asked curiously. he wondered what was about to happen next. another test perhaps? he was exhausted. his coat was placed over his lap. a drink before him, he'd give it a sniff. if there was nothing off putting about it, he'd take a swallow. he was mentally exhausted from that taxing battle.
