• Frank was born in Black City, Unova to a middle class family. He was an only child.
• When Frank was a young teen, he began babysitting DAMIEN RUSSO, the son of his mother's friend. The boys eventually became friends despite their 6-year age difference.
• After Frank graduated public high school, he attended Unova University for a Bachelor's degree in Business. During his senior year of college, he met JACQUELINE RICCI and they started dating.
• Frank began his career as a stockbroker shortly after graduating from university. He worked for a prestigious and highly competitive company, and seemed to thrive. A year later, he and Jackie married.
• Frank and Jackie divorced after five years and two children (Alice, born 2014, and Lucas, born 2016).
• In 2019, Frank and several of his coworkers were arrested and imprisoned for fraud, embezzlement, and other white collar crimes. He served three years in prison before being released on good conduct in late 2022.
• Currently, Frank is the CEO of Caffey Financial Group in Rustboro City.
