The male Aggron's growl was enough to have El stop in their tracks... But they couldn't help a gentle chuckle at the interactions of the mated pair, when the mother seemed to scold him for it. "It's okay," They reassured her, smiling warmly "If he doesn't want me getting close, I won't force it." Pokemon had their own personal bubbles as well, after all.

But, it seemed that Salem was able to help reassure the two in some way - as they became a lot more agreeable afterwards. And any healing accepted was healing that they were happy to provide - tending to the pair's wounds, as the pair mingled with their young.

Once the work was done, El stepped back - happy to leave the wild family to some quiet time amongst themselves to recuperate.

El glanced over to Razz as he spoke - smiling somewhat shyly, but earnestly, at the praise given. "Thank you; if you think so, then sure," They agreed with a nod. They felt like they could keep going - but they otherwise were more content to go along with the Head Ranger if he was saying that this was enough excitement for today.

It was still a job well done, either way.
