It didn’t take long to find her first catch of the day. In fact, a small flock of wild rookidee flew over her head. And as expected, her green orbs spotted the shiny one out of the bunch. Scrambling to grab a sphere, the woman pulled her arm back. She waited for the right moment, then throw the ball into the air right when she thought she had a good shot. The ball did hit a bird, the flock scattering as the ball hit the ground with a soft thud.[break][break]

It wiggled on the ground. Genesis’s gaze quickly looked at the flock, noting that the oddly colored one got away. She cursed under her breath, only to hear the ding of a capture. Her gaze shifted to the bal;, cursing again. At least, it wasn’t a complete waste. Although she did already have two of them, these bird are a good pokemon and always fetch high prices in the trade market. Either way, it was time. She plucked the ball off the ground and moved on.

Green orbs flickered over the vast land of the safari zone, noting that there wasn’t too many pokemon this time around. A cool breeze rushed over the land, causing the woman’s long raven hair to flow in the wind and the tall grass to sway in a rhythmic dance. Genesis took a moment to think of which direction to head. And in the moment, a screech erupted from the tall grass before her. It startled the woman, almost making her jump right out of her skin.[break][break]

An axew cried out, strolling out from the grass to let out a bad dragon roar at her. Genesis gasped, not from fear but from the sight of a rare shiny dragon. Quickly, she gathered herself and reached into her pockets. Struggling to get a lot of herself, the woman launched the special safari ball at the creature. The baby dragon let out another tiny roar, only to get clocked by the ball and pulled within. Genesis stood, still stunned as she waited for the confirm capture.

After her last capture, the raven haired woman was buzzing with adrenaline. She pressed on, moving through the safari zone on the search for her next pokemon. The site of the nincada was somewhat tempting, but Genesis passed as it flew away from her and onto whatever it was going. She didn’t really like that pokemon anyway.

Much time has passed sense the last encounter, leaving the raven haired woman bored out of her mind. Green orbs lifted to the sky, watching as some far out distance avians flow over head. “This is getting boring,” the woman moaned, letting out a heavy sigh, “Where are all the good pokemon at?”[break][break]

Almost on cue, the wild malarian farfetch’d strolled into Genesis path. The creature eyed her up, only to turn its head away. It shook its leak, woddling away and leaving the human trainer by herself. Genesis blinked, head titled to one side. She would go after it, but she wasn't interested in it. Alright. Guess that’s that. On to the next.

“Finally,” the woman whispered, eying the ghost blade pokemon from afar, “Something good in here.” The raven haired woman kept herself hidden in the tall grass, slowly creeping closer to the pokemon. The last thing she wanted to do is get killed by the blade. It hovered in place, doing who knows what.[break][break]

And once she felt like she was close enough, Genesis launched at ball into the air. It hit the pokemon, sucking it in and locked in place. The rocket grunt smirked, rising to her feet and strolling up to the wiggling sphere. One more to go.

Shortly after capture of the ghostly blade, the woman stumbled across yet another interesting find. Green orbs widen at the sight of the pink pokemon, watching it hammer on a rock from behind a tree. It almost looked like a child with a hammer. Grabbing the last sphere from her pocket, Genesis emerged from her hiding spot. She chucked the ball at the pokemon, hitting the pokemon square in the head. The ball opened, pulling the creature in and closing behind it. The ball fell to the earth with a thud, wiggling in place. Genesis grinned, strolling up to the ball and waiting for the capture.
