cait managed to gather the remainder of her dignity, carefully extracting herself from fernando's steadying hold to approach her couch upon wobbly legs. 

"i think it'd be best if i turn in early, sir."

she desperately searched for the correct words, attempting to appear at least moderately intelligent and dignified despite her slurred speech. 

"tomorrow morning," she managed, haltingly. "nine - no - ten. at the - mm - gym's stone field. please."

cait carefully deposited herself onto the couch, her face turned away to effectively hide her expression. she didn't' say anything else - she wouldn't risk it - and instead allowed him ample opportunity to take his leave.
