EPILOGUE

THE HOENN NEWS NETWORK covers the events of the night a few days later. As more bodies are recovered and the caverns are investigated, authorities document and retrieve the broken cage fragments. The missing persons reports tacked onto dirt walls. Mysteriously, the SHINY MACHINES and METAL MOCHI BOWL are never found. Never recovered.[break][break]

Similarly, the MEGALOPOLANS seem to have vanished too, presumably having relocated through the subterranean labyrinth of tera crystals.[break][break]

Unbeknownst to everyone, the events of this night have served another purpose. Once again, Hoenn inches toward RUINATION—and the ORIGIN POINT destined to doom all worlds. The impromptu trip on THE QUAESTOR LUCIS II spread more TERA CRYSTALS across the Hoennian landscape like a metastasizing cancer. Some forces have already taken advantage of the stunning power of TERASTALLIZATION, while other elements find themselves influenced and changed... And that is what the THE DRK TRIAD has feared.[break][break]

The shadow organization has declared themselves to be responsible for stopping multiversal death. As such, they have deemed the meteoric introduction of TERASTALLIZATION into Hoenn as an anomaly. Something that should have never happened. Never occurred. Never have been allowed. Like the taunting light of a Gameboy screen flickering under a child's blanket, when will its radiance be discovered by disapproving eyes?
