Approaching with utmost care, Sierra sought to convey reassurance through her gaze and tone. Goomy, perched on her shoulder, emitted soft coos, a shared understanding of the dire situation. Sierra extended a hand, offering a handful of berries in the hopes of coaxing the Appletun into accepting assistance.[break][break]

The Appletun, worn and fearful, regarded Sierra with wary eyes. Slowly, it accepted the proffered berries, each morsel a lifeline for the starving Pokémon. It became evident that the Appletun was too feeble to move and too traumatized to embrace aid.[break][break]

"You're not alone anymore,  dear. Welcome to our family," Sierra murmured as the pokeball enveloped the Appletun in a soft, ethereal glow.
