Falling for the schemes of some con men in town, Noel somehow found himself on a deserted island far from civilization. The promise of payment for simply living here for one week seemed too easy for the young man. After all he had survived out on his own before so this would be a quick and easy job, he thought. A bit of worry came to his mind when he was dropped off by some shady people but he gave it no mind, he'd use this opportunity train both his mind and body.[break][break]

As he walked along the sandy beach he took a moment to take in his surroundings, no Pokemon in sight just yet with palm trees up towards the center of the island. All seemed too quiet but he took this moment to take in the silence. It made for a calming tranquility, something he wasn't used to more recently. Maybe this was the break he needed after all, the various battles and hardships took a toll on his mental and physical state. As he was lost in thought, he could see a figure just up ahead. Staying cautious, he puts a hand to his belt to prepare himself for a fight if danger were to arrive.

"Man why does it always have to be shady dudes. So would have done this even for live t.v." Kaz muttered to himself as he trudged through the sandy beaches that he was going to call his home for the next few days. He was the outdoors type so seeing this posted as a challenge was right up his alley. Too bad the moment he got on the boat he was already sort of regretting it. The vibe he got from the people that brought him here were less than stellar. If he wasn't careful he might actually lose out on that money they promised.

Letting out a sigh he returned to his walk to clear his head and get his bearings. Living off the land wasn't something he was unfamiliar with but they could have gave him some stuff to be prepared with. At the very least a tent. A good outdoors man always has a good place for shelter from the elements. As he got lost in his own thoughts he didn't realize someone else was here until he saw their form up ahead.

With a wave he raced over to greet them. "Hey! You here for that one week challenge too?!"

The casual greeting caused Noel to loosen back up and return his form back to normal, letting out a sigh in relief that he wasn't the only one stuck here. He looked over the more muscle-bound man, his frame much larger than his own, this person more than likely knew a thing or two about honing his body. While still cautious on what type of person this new stranger was, Noel had no choice but to trust him and get on his good side for now.[break][break]

"Oh! Yes I am. I thought I was going to be the only one here, at least that's what those guys said... but they probably were lying more than that. In any case, it's nice to meet you. I'm Noel and you are?"[break][break]

Placing his hand forward in a handshake like motion, he gives off a warm smile that was almost like a trademark of his now at this point. As the two of them were greeting each other, something was gazing upon the two trainers from a distance. Whether Pokemon or something else they would not know for now, it simply lays in wait in a nearby bush, rustling the leaves ever so slightly.
