Born and raised in Hau’oli City, Cassandra Mishra is known among her peers for being a cheerful, physically expressive individual. The daughter of a former professional surfer, she picked up her mother’s love for the water from an early age, which was further nurtured by Hau’oli’s vibrant swimming and surfing cultures. Even at a young age, she distinguished herself as a peerless swimmer.[break][break]

One day, while a twelve-year-old Cassandra was playing on the beach, a high tide suddenly came in. As she was preparing to flee, Cassandra saw a wounded Skrelp stranded in the middle of the water - before her parents could react, she swam off to help said Pokemon. Although she managed to get the Skrelp stable, Cassandra ended up stranding herself, too. [break][break]

That would’ve been the end of poor Cassandra, had an on-duty Pokemon Ranger come to her rescue. Having learned her lesson from that traumatic experience, Cassandra made it her life’s calling to help those in similar situations by becoming a Ranger herself. To this end, she immersed herself further in physical conditioning.[break][break]

During her time in Ranger training, Cassandra picked up a love for self-expression through pictures and films. In her spare time, she works as something of a small-time influencer, aided by her impressive frame and natural people skills. That being said, her busy routine keeps her from pursuing lengthy romance - although she’s had prior commitments in that department, she’s never gotten them to last.
