A roar rattles down the tunnel. Another Koraidon stomps toward you in apex form, its fierce plume and twisted antennae flicking about like whips.[break][break]

and inevitably they succumb, but it is not without a fight. when the scene changes and her ripped apart flesh is stitched back together, she takes a moment, hand on the tera crystals. she closes her eyes, signaling to ollie that she needs some time, and then she straightens.

swallows the pain and keeps on.

they're greeted with the koraidon and freya beholds the monstrous dragon once again, thankful for umpteenth time that it hasn't made an appearance in their world, much less sidled with someone.

(little does she know smirk.)

"we're almost through," she murmurs and raises a hand. the koraidon is spurred to action, spitting and snarling as it clashes against its adversary.

it's surreal the way the world changes. it's not something that ollie thinks he'll ever get used to, no matter how much he enters these digitalized simulations.

[break][break] in a way, it's nostalgic. it reminds him of playing video games in Caleb Harcourt's basement, tousling with his best friend amongst carpeted floor, laughing as the other pummeled him in some type of fighting game or the other.

[break][break] back when things had been easier.

[break][break] he blinks, staring at himself through misshapen crystal, when he sees something that reminds him of MATIAS SILPH. but -

[break][break] his eyes widen when he realizes that it's not man, but monster.

[break][break] freya morningstar leads the frey and once again, ollie has no choice but to follow. his own pokemon dives into the fray, attempting to throttle that monstrous dragon for all that it's worth.

You may have suffered collateral damage in the process. In this small space, avoiding tail swings and grandiose explosions is an arduous endeavor.[break][break]

The Koraidon offers its back to you. You must push onward. As you sprint, glide or climb through the cave, you discover crystalized plant life, including Herba Mystica. Glimmora and Paradox Pokemon wander around you, presumably native to this mysterious place.[break][break]
