After the events of RT, Bryan went to a smaller bar in pacifidlog town. He asked for two beers since one of them would just naturally get filtered out before he even got a buzz. [break][break]

He sat towards the end of the dive bar, hoping no one would recognize his face since that bitch freya morningstar got a more updated description of him. [break][break]

He pulls the bottle cap off with his fingers to the dismay of the bar owner who was entirely puzzled as to how he managed to accomplish that. He doesn't really explain to the bar keep and just kind of chugs the drink as fast as he can to try and feel something.

Michael Navidson might claim that Dewford was the hidden gem along Hoenn's coast but he didn't really know about this small hamlet on the sea. In fact not a lot of people seemed to know about it. A town built on the water probably didn't get a lot of people moving in and wanting to get more intimate with the sea. Kaz couldn't blame them, the small town didn't have much to offer even as a small rest stop for someone passing through.

After the whole mess with the resurfaced island he needed to enjoy some good rest and relaxation. Although not many would call hitting up a dive bar be good R&R it was still something.

As Kaz sat on one end of the counter he let the bartender hand him an open bottle and he slowly took a sip. Normally he wasn't one for alcohol but after a dream of Galar he found himself suddenly a fan of the stuff. It still didn't keep him from being a bit of a lightweight and when he looked over his eyes locked on something.

Or rather someone.

Someone he was sure he remembered...and didn't quite like. So he sat there, scowling at the Rocket Beast.

The laughter helped masked the hairs standing up on the back of his neck at the mention of the Superhero. It was fine if the populace knew but the fact that a Rocket knew? No less a Rocket Beast? There was definitely cause for some kind of concern there. Unfortunately the alcohol was being a little devil on his shoulder and was telling him otherwise.

"Sorry I just like to make an informed purchase." He gets off his seat and walks up to the Beast and leans against the counter and looks him over. There's a bit of a boost to his...whatever kind of mood he finds himself in when he's reminded that he's slightly taller than the Beast. "After all, had a lot of trouble with you so, not sure if its even worth my time. But..." He takes another sip of his drink. "Can't say ya give me lots of fun. Lobo~"

"You said it not me." Another sip from his glass starts to break him down even more. It lets more confidence slip in as he looses track of what he's doing. He just knows that ALOE EON was probably right. Things can be pretty quick and short during these harsh times, and its not like the only other people he would have spilled his heart out to were coming back anytime soon.

Why not have a little fun?

"But ya must be a little cheap to come out to this place for a drink. Not many travelers swing by this town after all, but hey, that just means they miss out on some..." He eyes the man up and down, a weird feeling welling up inside. They were always at each others throats and yet he had to admit, the dude was easy on the eyes. "Treasure this place can offer."

By then he's already sitting on the seat right next to the wolf, leaning his back against the counter with a grin on his face as he takes another sip. "But since ya asked...ya offering?"

He was certainly bryan's type...and if this was a trap...well there's no way it was, they were in the middle of nowhere. The league didn't give a shit about this city right?

"Ah who's gonna get mad at who I...talk to. League? They got other things to worry about then what I'm doing." Its not like he had a reason for them to keep tabs on him or anything. He was no Elite Four anymore, not an Avatar, Gym Leader, or even an AQUA member according to them. He was just another person living in the region trying to get by.

"Why shouldn't I have some fun?" He draws closer to the Beast and slams a closed fist against his arm, lightly of course, and grins as he takes another sip of his drink. "Sides if I remember right we ran into each other a few times right? Call me crazy but its almost like you got a thing for me buddy," his fist opens up to run fingers over the man's arm, giving his bicep a light squeeze, "Not that I mind, you're kinda my type."
