With the major event of a tournament, that would mean brand new faces would arrive to test their mettle against others. Brand new people that Noel would meet and face against in battle. The prospect of new trainers to fight against excited him greatly, he always loved to see just how different every person's styles were. And today he'd face off against someone new. With his determination set to do his best, his Shaymin pops out from its Pokeball eager to battle a new foe.[break][break]

had elodie mentioned that the hardest thing to do was not gush over the pokemon she had seen today? because, really, that was the hardest thing.

case in point being this one, which was making her really begin to understand why stealing pokemon would be a thing even in theory...

"i won'!" or, rather, the milotic that she moves to release from the pokeball in her hand won't. if it were up to elodie, she'd probably avoid hurting the little pokemon on the opposite side of the arena altogether.

sprinkles doesn't have that restraint, though, and is quick to move to her usual (for now) spot, already ready for the battle to begin. maybe elodie had awoken a monster.

Quickly taking on its Grass Tera, the small hedgehog would encase itself in green crystal like armor
that would boost its capabilities just a bit more. Starting out the match with an Energy Ball straight from its mouth, the projectile would launch itself towards the Milotic with quick speed that both the Shaymin and Noel hoped would land.[break][break]
