He raised a brow, confused by her words.

"Which lady?" He asked, lips pursing before he processed her first words. "Wha— it's my work clothes!"

The ER work clothes anyway. Nowhere near as cool looking as the Frontline medic fit, to be fair, but still!

"Alright, now you've done it, brat!" He bellowed, lowering into a dramatic stance— which was made incredibly less cool by his scrubs. "You're going down!"

The Scyther snorted at this display as she stepped forth, tilting her head at her opponent... Pips.

With its vacant stare, the thing looked barely conscious. But it had trumped Elga somehow, so it was best to take it seriously.

So...

"Let's go!" Doug ordered, to which Kama lunged forth without delay, storming towards the Wopper before blurring out of view, the earth tearing as she grind to a halt besides the little guy and dropped in a... low sweep?!

When Kama lunges, Eris whistles and the Wooper grins, scrunching his little body into a small sphere before suddenly popping up and hopping over the low sweep. And as he does so, he swings his body, an Aqua Tail aimed right at the face that dares to set foot into his personal space.[break][break]

"This brat... I ain't 'charmed' anyone." He huffed. "Do I not get to have friends that are girls?"

Kama yelped as she got slapped in the face, narrowing her eyes furiously before taking a hasty swipe with her scythes, generating a solid wall wall of winds at the Wopper.

For her part, Kama got a faceful of mud and a rising temper, her scythes quivering as they blurred, sending walls of wind hurtling at the small pokemon.

"Oh no. My nonexistent street cred!" He quipped sarcastically, before turning his attention back to the battle, noticing how Kama was struggling.

Man, those Sygna suits had been really working hard this tourney!

"You good?" He called out casually, to which the floundering bug hissed, looking on her last legs. He snorted. "Sure you are."

At this rate the fight was over for her... but she looked so eager...

Oh, fine.

"Hoo, that's big." He muttered as the ball finished growing, before releasing a... still tired, wobbly looking, but much, much bigger Kama.

Having expected for Kama to admit defeat, Pips gradually raises his gaze up with the goofiest smile still on his face, so laughably tiny compared to the Scyther that returns with a vengeance. And at some point, as he attempts to behold their new kaiju status, he loses his balance and tumbles backwards, accidentally firing a bunch of stray rocks at the giant.

Whatever cosmic entity was out there, protecting the Wooper from so much as getting touched despite Kama's best efforts, she could only pray it would fall over and die a horrific death right this moment, because at this point nothing else would make her happy.

With a grumble that sounded more pained and frustrated than angry and passionate, Kama attempted to sweep the battlefield and the Wooper on it, stumbling over her feet briefly as she did; the exhaustion threatened to topple her before she got anything done.
