the nature of FRENZY PLANT makes it so wooper will eventually have to recharge given how taxing of an attack it is. it would've been enough to turn the tide should froakie have been a water-type, but due to its PROTEAN, it is stuck on normal-type which ends up saving it.[break][break]

one final LICK is all it takes to down wooper and Eris Halla.[break][break]
