Welcoming in the New Year can look differently for a lot of people. That’s definitely the case for Abigail, who finds herself doing a task she normally never would— cleaning up for others. However given her history with James, someone she actually likes, Abigail didn’t mind doing him this favor. [break][break]
“Hm. You can tell Wolfgang lives here cause he’s a pig and everything smells like dog.” Abigail huffs. Truthfully the apartment wasn’t so bad. She’s seen worse, been in worse— but in her eyes boys were still and would always be messier. She turns to James. [break][break]

james is too busy to try and read between the lines and infer the possible implications of the situation, so he thinks nothing of it when he asks abigail over to help him clean up his apartment.[break][break]

It’s not often her face gets caught in a stupor, but anything complimenting her half-brother gets a rise out of her. It’s just enough to draw out her inner child, where she sticks her tongue out and visibly icks. [break][break]
