Thomas and Ripper stepped up to the stage to face their next opponent. Once again, a familiar face greeted the man.

"Kaz, good to see you!", Thomas greeted his fellow ex-Elite Four, his fellow vigilante, eagerly.

"Let's give them a good show, yeah?"

"Hey Thomas! You know we're gonna bring our everything to this one!" He waved back to his fellow ex-Elite and vigilante partner as his Urshifu walked up to the stage. Already his eyes were trained on the Scizor in front of him and he dropped into his stance and held out a hand, gesturing for the metal bug to come right at him.

"Just hope you can handle us, fighting's the thing we're best at. So we won't be going easy!" Both Trainer and Pokemon share the same smirk on their face as they give Thomas and his partner the chance to make the first move. It was only the courteous thing to do among friends after all~

Thomas flashed his friend a grin. "We'd be disappointed if you gave us anything less!", Thomas declared, his Scizor nodding eagerly.

Ripper's blood was pumping. The opportunity to fight with Kazimir's Urshifu was too good to pass up on.

The Scizor practically threw himself at the bear, using a forceful Bullet Punch to propel himself towards his foe.

"Show him how tough those muscles are!" Muscles were one of their prime weapons between the two of them. It was a mark of their strength as well as dedication. Yet the Urshifu would taunt that he had the bigger set than his trainer and he aimed to prove that by using them to block this punch from the metal bug. Still he bulked himself up as he flexed, letting his body become slightly bigger as he pumped his muscles to their fullest to get them ready for a real fight.

Even as the fist connected the Urshifu stood his ground and with a simple cough he was still standing on too feet. It still stung like a Beedrill but he could take it, he had to for the sake of victory!

The Urshifu was tough, he had to give him that. He expected nothing less of Kazimir's Ace.

Despite the showing of toughness, Ripper was not intimidated. If anything, he took it as a challenge. The Scizor followed up on the Bullet Punch with a one-two punch. The Double Hit was more of a test, than anything. To see just how much this Urshifu could take.

The Urshifu wouldn't show it but the first punch did indeed sting as the feeling lingered on his chest where it struck. The added one-two combo only agitated the pain even more as the bear did his best to tank both hits. The only sign of weakness that he would allow was his own legs stumbling backward from the last punch. Even if he wanted to be he wasn't an immovable object, not today.

So he would just have to be an unstoppable force and gripped his fist tightly. With a glare and a roar he retaliated with a wicked blow of his own aimed right into the chest of the Scizor. Close quarters combat was its specialty after all and it was going to explain with its fists why that was a fact.

The Wicked Blow caused the Scizor to cough as he was struck. Despite this, the Scizor looked at the Urshifu with defiant eyes. He was not going to make this easy for the bear, he promised himself that.

The Scizor retaliated by attempting to grab the Urshifu with his pincer. Though the makeshift Bug Bite wouldn't kill him, it would still hurt, if he succeeded.

It was a snarl that signaled that the Bug Bite wasnt going to kill the King but deal a decent injury. Type advantage aside feeling steel claws clamp onto his torso was not pleasant. So he would need to return the favor and he knew how yet it wasnt a pretty way thought.

Before the claw could leave his side the Urshifu reached out to it to grab onto it. Then his head reared back and he shut hid eyes. With a mighty thrust an iron head at the skull of the metal bug. How effwctive it would be would be anyones geuss.

Ripper reeled back as the Urshifu headbutted him. Seeing this, Thomas opened up his Pocket Watch, revealing the Keystone within. With a press of the Keystone, Ripper became enveloped in a cocoon of Infinity Energy, before emerging in his Mega Evolved State.

The Scizor, with a burst of energy, charged the Urshifu with a vertical Brutal Swing of his pincer.

The light of Mega Evolution was met with Kaz striking a pose as a golden aura engulfed him before flooding over his Urshifu. These last few battles had him use this power more and more and he wasn't sure if he was feeling some wear from it or fatigue from fighting in general was starting to bring him down. Perhaps after this he and his Ex-Elite brother in arms could grab a drink and celebrate over whoever won.

Of course that meant that he and Domon would still fight to win to try and coax a free drink or two if that was the case. As power filled the Urshifu as the pincer struck his face his whole body turned with reeling in pain. And it kept turning until the bear was spinning like a top that suddenly rammed right into the Scizor in a corkscrew crash of a Z-Move.
