Properly eased into the tournament, Yvaine saunters unto the field once again, her Zoroark following in her wake like a shadow.

She peers at the other side of the field, waiting for her next opponent to arrive, and raises her hand in greeting once she sees them. "I'm Yvaine, nice to meet you. Let's make this another banger, shall we?"

However towering the Abomasnow was, her Zoroark larger-than-average size seemed to match it perfectly. Both trainer and mon's attention was momentarily stolen by the shiny Rotom circling around them, not quite realising who exactly was in front of them.

But that was to be expected from someone who could be considered a recluse when it came to social media.

Even the elderly had more game than her in that regard.

When the buzzer sounded, Zoroark reared itself to full length, a grand 7 feet, and motioned for the Abomasnow to come get it in an attempt to Taunt it.

The Wood Hammer hit it square in the face, Zoroark gritting its teeth as it forced itself to remain standing, albeit barely.

With a frustrated roar it forces a Night Daze past its core, hoping to use the shockwave to push the Abomasnow away from itself.

Straciatella's Blizzard is so strong frost appears almost instantly on the Zoroark's crimson mane, the ice attack tearing through the tender defenses it is trying to put up. It's starting to freeze solid, and slams its frozen fists into the ground to start another Night Daze.

Try as it might, there's no escaping the cold might of the mega-evolved Abomasnow. Within every passing second Yvaine can see the energy fading from her partner's form, until it no longer remains standing at all; its body covered in ice and rime.

She knows it's over, and recalls the Zoroark the very moment the buzzer signals the end of the match. She whispers silent nothingness against the sphere in her hand before putting it away, and makes her way over to shake mint frost's hand. "Now that was something alright! Hopefully you got the right angles, cuz I'd rather not repeat getting such a beating." Yvaine quips teasingly before saying her goodbyes and leaving the arena.
