A scrawny man staggered onto the stage. Of note was the fact that the man had a camera mounted to his head, connected to his phone.

"Here we are, at the Vital City Tournament!", Andrew called out to his audience, before snorting.

"And who the fuck is this guy? And why is he coming here with a Froakie?", Andrew asked, before letting out his infamous Seel-like laugh.

"Hey, you Kalosian, or some shit?", the man nearing his forties crassly inquired.

The Charizard began the fight by conjuring up a cyclone of fire, a combination of his natural fire breath, and his wings beating to manipulate the winds. The Fire Spin was sent hurdling towards the Froakie.
