Motivation and Goals:
Born into a life of poverty and neglect, Flynn's motivation has always been to survive and thrive by any means necessary. Growing up on the streets of Celadon City, he learned early on that the only way to survive was to be ruthless and to never trust anyone. When Team Rocket approached him, offering him a chance to rise up in the ranks and gain wealth and power, Flynn saw it as an opportunity he couldn't refuse. His ultimate goal is to become one of the top leaders of Team Rocket and to amass enough wealth and influence to never have to rely on anyone again.

Deep Dive Into History:
[break]Flynn was born Celadon City he was ophaned at a young age and had to pickpocket to survive during this time he found a Shuppet that he named Bane. He was treated really badly by many people who looked down on him for being an orphan. When he was caught stealing he was often beaten and taught by people if you do this you will get hurt. He saw so many people treating others cruely for things that were not their fault. Eventually at age 10 he was caught by a team rocket member. Who caught him stealing the only reason he had gotten caught was simply he went back for a pokemon he wanted to take with him.

He was given this pokemon as a result which was Stewy his male shroodle. The man saw potential in Flynn and trained him as a team rocket member. Giving the pokemon to him as a reward instead of turning him in. Sometimes Flynn wishes he was turned in. Years have passed by and he has become one of the few people immue to poisons of any kind. Making him very useful to team rocket. He makes different kind of poisons for different uses. And will be used as an assassin who has a 85% success rate his pokemon would kill whatever he couldnt finish off himself. He can still walk amoung people though because he works from the shadows and under the name Venom so among people he can appear completely normal.[break][break]
