Before they can take another step further, a Meowscarada crosses their path with a face spelling out it's ill intentions. Refusing to see her baby hurt despite the Cubone's readiness to battle, Petra would send out another pokemon to intercept the feline's charge towards them.

"Rory, do something!" Racing out from the pokeball, the Weezing would collide with the Meowscarada, unleashing a point blank HEAT WAVE that would fall short of cooking the beast alive. Even though it was guilty, she felt terrible watching it try to run away, only to collapse from the severe BURN it surely suffered.

Procuring a spare pokeball from her bag, Petra decides to capture the creature, much to the dismay of her pokemon. Mimi the Cubone let's her ankles have it via bone club, serving as punishment for when she would undoubtedly invite that thing to terrorize their home. "Ow, ow, ow - Quit it, you little shit!"

Heaving an exhausted sigh once Mimi stops, she pockets the pokeball before moving to retrieve the Weezing as well. "Go on, then. Keep leading the way." Only having so much time to spare, they'd best get a move on if Cubone didn't want to cut their visit short.

As for Petra, she was quite intrigued with the things she was reading online about the pokemon she'd just captured. Maybe it wasn't such a bad idea after all.
