Reinier works as a Rocket under the alias Rain and prefers to stay out of the limelight. They operate in the shadows gathering intel, researching and investigating the various phenomena and anomalies going on around the region. Any information first goes back to rocket, but they're not above information dealing in general, if the price is right.[break][break]

On the surface, they seem like a curious or concerned civilian who just happens to turn up... frequently, weird.[break][break]

And other than the fact they hail from Solaceon Town in Sinnoh and they are against the improper treatment of pokemon - even among Rocket peers, there's a big question mark next to their name about what their motivations are and who they are as a person. Though they seem to have genuinely aligned themselves with Rocket after their re-organization.[break][break]

This enigma of a person does seem to have a sweet tooth as they foster a fondness for lollipops and is almost always seen with one. They say it helps them focus. Whether that's true or not is the next question.
