normal pokemon no longer make the cut. fernando is here to catch specific ones, those that can fill out the small holes in his extensive roster. the extensive use of BOOMBURST becomes a key opener for one set of pokemon and the only thing he lacks is one who can use it from above. the screeching of noiverns around the lighthouse proves a menace and he's here to take care of two bats with one ball.

nothing a good ole ZAP CANNON can't take care of. all that flying means nothing when the pokemon is rendered paralyzed, clipped from the sky like the pesk that they are.
