Besides, Hoenn was a democracy. Its people would never advocate for the death penalty. Surely not.

“Back then, I was really gonna kill that Cyllora person. Like, I actually wanted them dead…” Andrea confessed, while looking down pensively. “I’d never felt like that before…”

Her RAGE flared up like a volcano exploding after millennia of inactivity. Pecharunt and the Loyal Three had gotten their just desserts, yet Cyllora had curiously evaded justice.

Andrea took deep breaths, slowly regaining her composure. “I wanted to kill them because they deserved it…” She finally admitted in a state of eerie calmness.

Theo’s words confirmed what she already knew: How Elinor Anderson and countless others had suffered at Rocket’s hands. In fact, her first assumption upon waking up in her cell had been that the Prismatic Penitentiary was yet another Rocket prison.

“I know you have, and I can never forgive that, but… B-but you are… A-and they were…”

Andrea struggled with her own words. Try as she might, she could not make a convincing case for Rocket’s actions somehow being less reprehensible than what Cyllora or the Loyal Three had done.

“Why are you telling me all this?” The dragon-costumed girl finally asked the blonde enigma of a man. “You usually try to convince me how great Team Rocket is, not point out all the evil that you’ve done.” She pointed out.

His disappointment was palpable. Knowing that he had been trying to manipulate her all along painted their relationship in ugly shades of brown, yet Andrea could not bring herself to hate him.

There was no bitterness on Andrea’s part, only sadness. She was trying her darnedest to convince him, but he was so steadfast in his beliefs, it was like talking to a wall.

“That’s unfortunate…” The young PokéManiac sighed. “I don’t really wanna fight you, but I will if I have to. Same goes for everyone on Team Rocket.” She said resolutely.
