It was bright midday on Route 110, and Shinobu was scouring the countryside for valuable Tera Crystals. The young trainer had been commisioned by one of the Team Rocket bosses to join the war efforts. Shinobu had been living comfortably as a hired hand for the mob, but leisure was earned not given, and Kokou had himself some work to be done. Wearing a baggy, white, leather coat over top of his blue Tshirt, Kokou traversed Route 110, searching under every rock he could find for a Tera Crystal.

After finding a hot load of nothing, Kokou decided to head back to where he had started, some miles north of where he was. He started walking the path, when, to Kokou's surprise, he spotted someone else scouring the Route. It seemed that the call of Tera Crystals had reached the League, and they were busy looking for weapons of war too. The trainer was scrambling through rubble, just like Kokou had done, and they looked pretty busy. Kokou had the drop on them, they hadn't heard him sneaking around the corner yet.

Deciding not to go home empty handed, Kokou figured he would mug this guy. The Rocket trainer pulled out a poke ball containing his Deino, Shikon. Kokou threw the ball towards the trainer. Hiding in the trees, it was unclear where Kokou was, but what was clear, was the sound of Deino's roar as he emerged from the poke ball, and then a clear whistle could be heard. The high pitched shrilled trolled through the air, commanding Deino to attack the trainer.

Immediately from rising out of the poke ball, Shikon was commanded by his trainer. The Deino pointed it's head in the direction of Zachary and opened it's mouth. From Deino's gaping jaw, a Dragon Pulse was expelled, aiming square for Zacharies chest.

With his location exposed, Kokou had no choice but to fight this guy. He was hoping to get a sucker punch in, but it seemed that wouldn't be the case. This trainer was cartainly a cut above the rest, Kokou could tell by the way he maneuvered the crystals to protect him. Whoever this guy was, Kokou was eager to beat the hell out of him and take his money. Kokou grabbed another poke ball from his utility belt and released his Rowlet. The Grass Quill Pokemon had a serious look on his face and flew around Kokou, protecting him from any more psychic attacks.

focusing on his Deino Pokemon, Kokou let out a quick series of whistles. He was directing his Pokemon through the frequency of his whistles, and Deino was certainly a good listener. The dragon type Pokemon didn't move however. Instead it sat there staring at the Mime Jr. Shikon was coming up with a nasty plot to attack his opponent, and his special attack was being sharply raised. After focusing on his intention, Shikon extended his neck once again and prepared for another Dragon Pulse. 

All around Kokou was lit up with Mystical Fire, and he was backed into a corner. It seemed that whoever Kokou was picking on, may have been a bigger fish to fry. Kokou held his arms up and around his face, covering his lungs from the smoke from the trees that had just been lit on fire. As the area around him lit up, Fu the Rowlet heard Kokou's command and flew high into the sky. He was going to attempt a sniper strike from above. Usually when a trainer took a grass Quill to the chest their Pokemon would disperse. It was Kokou's only real chance. He couldn't compete with a Delphot, and this Mime Jr's defensive capabilities were insane. Kokou was hoping and praying that Zachary wouldn't see the tiny owl Pokemon fly up in the sky.

Returning Shikon to her poke ball, Kokou switched out his Deino for his Shinx. Ren was fast and strong, a perfect getaway diversion. Ren roared when she came out of her ball, free at last. Ren didn't like sleeping all day in her poke ball, and she loved herself some excitement. Kokou snapped a quick whistle and Shinx let out a devastating Roar. Any Pokemon that heard it would be too afraid to fight, perfect for a getaway. Kokou didn't give any hints that he was going to be running though, he simply stared at his opponent from the distance.

From across the way, a fierce breeze swept through the area. The luminous pink wind charged the battlefield and Kokou was quick to respond, he whistled to his Pokemon, commanding them to withstand the breeze. Ren stood firm, buckling down in the wind and smoke so that she could obey her master. The Fairy Wind ravaged Ren, but she managed to make it out with just a few cuts and scrapes. Kokou was pleased with her and gave her a satisfactory whistle, bolstering the Shinx's morale and quickening her resolve for the fight.

As the wind settled, Kokou called to his opponent. His voice was deep and firm, he spoke with conviction. Kokou said, "You have certainly put up quite a fight," he raised his arms up, signaling to the great fire Dizzy had caused. "And I would love to stay with you longer, but I have a roast baking in the oven. And we can't let that go to waste, I must feed all my Pokemon only the best." Kokou pulled a pack of green, menthol cigarettes from his pocket and grabbed one. He put it in his mouth and pulled a lighter from his pocket. Inhaling on the cigarette, Kokou couldn't help but chuckle. "All this destruction in order to save your ass? You League trainer's drive me nuts. You would sooner rebuild the world you protected than fix the one you got." Kokou ashed his cigarette, then gave a loud whistle command to Ren, she started sparking with electricity. "Anyways, the name is Torikago. Professional thug for Team Rocket, and you are being robbed, bub." Kokou stared through the smoke and met the eyes of Zachary.

On command, Ren began charging electricity for a Wild Charge. As soon as Kokou was finished speaking, Ren dashed forward at Happy. In a blur of electricity Ren blitzed her opponent.

Watching Ren hit the Reflect wall was painful for Kokou. She charged headfirst into it, Happy being quick and nimble enough to stop the attack head on. Ren stumbled back, shaken by the force of her Wild Charge used against her. The Shinx growled at Happy from beyond the barrier, and then Zachary and his team began to flee behind the smokescreen.

By this time, Fu the Rowlet had managed to get a bead on Zachary. Fu could easily see the League trainer from above the clouds and apart from the barrier that Happy had erected. The Rowlet waited for Kokou's call, but as it would appear, a smokescreen began to fill the area and obscure Fu's shot. The Rowlet flew back to Kokou, discouraged. Kokou didn't mind though, he could tell this trainer was not your average run of the mill flunkie for the League, Kokou knew he was outmatched. This guys style of fighting was certainly clever, and Kokou wasn't sure he could match it.

Calling out to Zachary, Kokou said to his fleeing opponent, "I'll find you again, bub! Next time, I'm going to rob you, believe it!" Kokou turned around and let a sharp whistle out, commanding Ren to return to him. With Shinx on his heels, Kokou departed from the raging battle scene. He was hopeful that he would find this blue haired young man again, and get the chance to steal from him.
