Backstory: Raised by Team Rocket in Kanto, Keiko’s early life remains a mystery due to repressed memories, likely linked to trauma. Despite this, she formed a fierce loyalty to her adopted brothers, viewing them as her true family. Her intense protectiveness over them often leads her to take on dangerous missions without hesitation. At the age of 18, she was transferred to Hoenn for advanced training and met Islwyn. Although they grew close, Keiko ultimately left Hoenn, lying to Islwyn about her reasons for leaving. She grown stronger since then going wherever Team Rocket tells her to. She has been in a few regions such as Galar and Sinnoh. Now back in Hoenn ready to face her unresolved past and crush the League.
