18 lose your shadow, or encounter your shadow moving independently of you.
🗺️ SPECIAL HUNT: ROBIN will now be able to encounter and catch a MARSHADOW. you must be able to defeat or prove to the marshadow that you are worthy of training them, but this will be no easy task. they quickly learn you and your pokemon's movements, able to mimic their movements by analyzing or hiding in their shadows.

Time moves quietly. She blinks and misses it. Still, the rolling fog of the Border beckons her each time and it wraps around her ankles in a comfortable greeting each time she steps foot here. This time, she stumbles across the ghostly plains to see a parade of spirits. She's witnessed them before with Kazimir, but the sight is always stunning. [break][break]

She loses awareness of her surroundings as she plants her feet on the hill, watching the soldiers march.

This was the second time Evelyn crossed the border, she felt a lingering weariness, though less intense than before. She was beginning to grow used to the unsettling energy that surrounded this strange realm. Having her Gastly with her helped—it brought a sense of calm, its ghostly presence reassuring in the eerie landscape. [break][break]

The spiritual bridges here were slowly breaking apart, as if being stretched to their limits. She didn't what this could meant but if where to find that girl again she could get answer. Yes, robin was her name. Unlike Robin, who seemed to understand this world with a deep, instinctive connection, Evelyn still felt like an outsider. The woman walked around for felt like hours until she discovered her.[break][break]

"Nice to see you again, Robin." Evelyn wanted to stay more but her attention moved towards the sprits she was watching. "How have you been? Did you encounter any changes to the realm?"[break][break]

Her mind floats away from her body. She's brought back to herself by Evelyn's voice. "Oh," she says belatedly, "long time, no see." Only a week had passed, but the other woman was already back in the Border. How interesting. "Did the Border call you back?"[break][break]

It's an ominous question. But perhaps Evelyn shares some sort of bond with the area like Robin does. Maybe something was haunting Evelyn, and she needed to return for closure. Or a spirit had come home with her, and now Evelyn felt compelled to shake off the spirit back in the Border. There were lots of reasons to return. None of these were Robin's, but she liked anyone who didn't fear the Border. [break][break]

Robin's shadow walks away from where she stands. What a silly little thing. She pays it little mind. It's only one quirk of the wilds. [break][break]

In this moment, she's more interested in Evelyn. "Are you looking for something?"
