"Spot something?" He wasn't largely impressed with the route himself, but his canine friend was hunched close to the ground, jaws alive with embers and anticipation. The young Houndour's tail sashayed through the air vigorously as he charged forward into the deep grass fringing the pathway.

"What did you find?" Indy's question was answered when his canine's fiery fangs hit their mark and sunk in to drag the pokemon out of the grass and into the dirt.

He wasn't largely impressed with his first find out in the wilds but his canine hunched close to the ground and whined at his trainer, though his ears perked and he rocketed off after what Indy could only presume was another (un)fortunate soul.

"What about this time?"

The air in Fallabor was acrid and airy with autumn as Indy stepped onto the long dirt trail that hemmed in the ashy path snaking up Mt Pyre. It had been spring the last time he had ventured into country this remote; he was, in fact, rarely out of Mossdeep at all anymore. He had to admit that the region was gorgeous, particularly under this canopy of autumnal shades - reds and oranges, and he'd like to visit properly at least once under a less-than-chaotic atmosphere. It seemed impossible, though, for anything connected to his pokemon to be calm. It was only right.

Dark eyes forwent the dragon type, hoping against hope he'd find something different as he ambled along sighing like a bored dog.

He griped more than his dog at his third and what was to be his final find traipsing along 114, shuffling rather than walking properly unlike the gym leader he was.

"Oh, well...next time. C'mon let's see if the next route has anything." He mused and cut through the treeline making tracks for the heart of Fallarbor in all its autumn finery.
