[attr="class","spiral"] Glass barriers erect themselves from the floorboard. The color of the room becomes distorted as Fernando is subjected to the WONDER ROOM of an unknown Pokemon. What the human eye cannot catch, Weavile's KEEN EYE spots without error. The agile hunter leaps in the the air, SCREECHING aloud to unsettle the hidden Misdreavus and lashes out with several ICE SHARDS. The attack's aim is true and the ghost drops to the floor without a sound.

Before the Pokemon can retaliate with a SHADOW BALL multiple vines break through the rotten floorboard and wrap around it, squeezing the helpless Pokemon in a GRASS KNOT. Fernando tugs on his sleeve, petting the Comfey that sits around his wrist like an accessory. What the fairy type Pokemon may lack in raw power it makes up for in utility as a mobile defense mechanism. It's not rare to put Pokemon to use in ways outside of battle but Fernando takes it a step beyond to have one on him at all time.

He clicks his tongue and they leave the Misdreavus to wallow in CONFUSION, walking around it to trespass further into the apartment.

[attr="class","spiral"] Fernando digs deeper into the barren complex and in what looks to be the master bedroom is another ghost Pokemon. This time it is a large Gourgeist, a species he's unfamiliar with and immediately pulls out his Pokedex. "Again," he commands and his Comfey tries to bind the Pokemon down with GRASS KNOT. To his surprise, the attack holds but seems to have little effect on the opposing Pokemon. Only after he declares the attack does the Pokedex pull up the Pokemon's information, vocally stating its name and typing.

Grass and ghost, huh? An interesting combination but not the highlight of this particular Pokemon. "Weavile," he enunciates, commanding the Pokemon to step forward while implying that the Weavile will prove more effective than Comfey. While the ICE SHARDS fire forward, Fernando reads over the tidbit of TRICK-OR-TREAT and realizes the extent of this Pokemon's power. And, with all things, he wants it for his own.

The sound of projects thumbing against the head board thud repeatedly and Fernando leaves the room, unwilling to fall victim to the collateral damage of their crossfire. Only after the Weavile returns, fairly untouched aside from the seed sized scratches along its arm, does Fernando return to the room. An unconscious Gourgeist awaits him and he takes his prize with the tap of an unoccupied Pokeball.
