kazimir had managed to find a small gymm in slateport where they accepted cheap day usage. well it says day but they were open well into the night and now the sun was setting and people were leaving. kazimir was still inside finishing up a set of push ups alongside his crocanaw. lately the little lizard had been tagging along with him so much that he decided to make him his official gym partner today. "c'mon kai...three more!" he encouraged the croconaw who was struggling to finish his set but managed to power through. afterwards the two of them were enjoying some protein shakes as they walked out of the gym sweaty and sore.

"think next time we can push you to doing ten?" kaiju let out a huff causing kazimi to laugh. "c'mon your making progress! who knows maybe next time you'll evolve! now c'mon let's head home. i just wanna lie down for like, a week."

"i said you were doing great!" as they passed by people on the street they illicit gazes from them as the man and his pokemon were having an argument with one another. "c'mon you'll get there one day. just a little ore time kaiju. trust me." but the crocanaw was a little wary about his trainer saying that working out would help it evolve. battling sure but pure muscles workouts? that sounded fishy and probably fake. maybe his trainer was just being really dumb. as the two argued they stepped past a ferrothorn minding its own business as it hung off the roof of one of the buildings they passed by.

"well fine then. if you think your so great the way you are, then show that ice hedgehog that your the toughest croc on the block big guy. or are you pidgey." kazimir gave one hell of a shit eating grin and sneer at his croconaw who just looked up at him slack jawed. was that a challenge? from his own trainer? fine then.

kaiju let out a hell of a roar as he charged at the sandslash, his superpowered strength flared up as he locked up claw to claw with the ice type and wrestled with it for a good while. but this lizard was stubborn, and with a well timed suplex managed to knock out the hedgehog and give kazimir the chance to huck a pokeball at its twitching form and watched the little ball wobble back and forth. "ok ok, that was badass. c'mon i'll get you some malasadas." kaiju looked pleased at himself as he picked up the pokeball and handed it back to his trainer before the two of them left for a midnight snack.
