A phalanx of falinks marches towards another phalanx of falinks. With shields drawn the encroaching phalanx of falinks prepare for war. Before they'd set out that morning they kissed their wives and children goodbye. War was unpredictable. [break][break]

There was no telling if they'd ever see their loved ones again.[break][break]

The defending phalanx of falinks aren't alone. A single golett fights alongside them. Between two stubby hands it materializes a shadow ball. With a flick of its chipped hands it throws the ball into the opposing phalanx of falinks. It dissipates against their interlinked shields, leaving not even a scratch.[break][break]

Shieldon flanks the phalanx of tiny falinks. It breaks their formation allowing the attackers to get the upperhand in this bloody war. The screams of falinks fill the air. Some are motivational. To stand strong, to never give up. While others are high pitched wails of pain.[break][break]

From out of the woodworks came a Honedge to cut the shieldon down. Though their defenses had fallen the hearts of the defenders hadn't. Backing up they attempt to regroup and hold out for their reinforcements.[break][break]

Leaving the spectacle that was the great falinks war of 2020 Maendly marches onward. When a Galaran Farfetch'd crosses his path he makes quick work of it.[break][break]

"Go get 'em Medicham. Not too hard now. I don't want any ugly scars on them." The medicham runs up to the would be knight and thunder punches it square in the neck. Gasping for air farfetch'd fails to fend off medicham. Another thunder punch is all it takes before Maendly tosses a safari ball.[break][break]

Maendly picks up the safari ball and places it into his pocket. He continues to his walk through the safari zone. Though he didn't spot a single person! That was rather strange. The weather was beautiful and it would be a shame to spend it anywhere but outside.[break][break]
