how annoying

the weather in ignis was just smothering. it felt as if the nearby volcano was threatening to explode at any given moment, if only to punish the players who dared move too close to it. luckily, all that'd do is send kat to the respawn zone - which she was anything but afraid of. the honedge mission ensured her that there's nothing too special about it.

the mage keeps her eyes narrowed as she searches for a new mob. she did intend to farm alone, but... it was hard to find a good spawn zone without other players lurking about.

"i'm starting to think we're the only players still playing this game, honestly." it's a joke of course, but still, the pair was seeing each other more often than not lately. it made sense considering the limited farming spawns. "but i don't mind sharing a spot with another mage."

a pair of magcargo mobs begin to materialize in front of them, pixels focused to take the shape of the pokemon and eventually even its colors. "let's hope we'll get more lucky than we did the last few times." a psychic surge of magic escapes from the mage, surrounding the mob as it's lifted into air and slammed upon the ground a few times. she preferred to deal with the easy mobs the faster way.

awkward. kat really did think that this was a mage who preferred to leave their wand in their inventory-- but she was wrong. "oh. a brawler? that means you should be good at tanking, and everything." it was usually what she thought of other classes. after all, mages had the biggest dps output in the game. the heatmors made their presence known by sending fire at both iris and kat, earning a quirked brow from the pinkette.

"we aren't that lucky with rare mobs, are we?"

she cut the air with her wand, conjuring slashes of wind that were directed towards both of the basic spawns. they flinch upon being struck by the flying-type attack, leaving an opening for iris to finish them.
