[attr="class","giada i"]she's tightening her grip with a grin. overhead, a drifblim floats by and while giada is clearly too absorbed in him, her skitty isn't. the pink kitty mewls happily and darts around as if she's too impatient to wait for the balloon pokemon to land. it does manage to get close enough for her to swat a paw at. and perhaps the drifblim wants to play for it lowers itself until its able to wiggle ribbon-like limbs over the skitty. caramella is happy to swat at them, a new friend being made in the process. hopefully it'll decide to stick around for more playtime while her trainer plays herself.

"that's the point," she retorts. if she weren't dangerous, she'd be just another house cat. instead, the kitty's got claws and she'll gladly use them. which, turns out she has to.

while he's talking in that tone that makes her melt into his hands, he's walking them to the edge. it escapes her that they're moving until the world is moving too quickly and she's gasping. water rushes to meet them and she's shrieking, nails digging into his skin as she scrambles to cling, to escape the inevitable fate of going under.

"the hell?" she splutters when they resurface, blonde hair sticking to her cheeks. looking much like a drowned cat, he was at least successful in cooling off whatever progress she was trying to make. her legs tighten around him as if she'll drown if he releases her. "that was rude." a pout forms immediately and she's struggling to guide wet hair away from her face.

[attr="class","giada i"]with his sharpedo's help, she's scrambling out of the water without hesitation. it had been warmer the first time around when she was actually interested in swimming. now she just looks like a wet mop.

giada takes the opportunity to try to get what water she can out of her hair. twisting the mess and bending at the waist, she wrings it out like a towel. damn him, she had been actually feeling her hairstyle that day.

her eyes follow abner and his noctowl for a moment. it would've been longer if her skitty didn't suddenly yelp and scramble back from the water. apparently, she didn't like what she saw... the blonde shifts closer for a look herself and jumps at the face that shifts across the water's surface.

"fuck," she's hissing, much to the misdreavus' amusement. and perhaps that's what prompts her to use force instead of a melody. "play rough." the skitty recovers from the fright and bounces forward with surprisingly forceful paws and a playful mewl. giada doesn't bother to watch the pink cat bat around with the ghost. instead, she turns to slink away and tosses a ball over her shoulder. caramella will make sure the ball finds its way back when she's done. she does, however, pause to tilt her head at abner as she passes. "you coming or staying?"
