Team Rocket seemingly had two goals in mind when they sent Eugene out on this rather simple battle related mission. They wanted to further test Eugene's capabilities, but they also wanted to continue to instill Rocket's presence in the fights as it was one of their sources of notable income after all.

Obliging them Eugene would come into the Battle Tent/Hut calmly, rose hip and herbal spliff between his lips while toting his "Noface" mask. He had just been texted that his match was up next so the Rocketeer would find his way to the makeshift arena with silent confidence. He had registered for a "Best of 3" type match, singles. Standing at the ready and waiting for his battle partner Eugene would be left to call out his first Pokemon of choice, being his newly evolved Quilladin which had taken on the form of a Chesnaught named Spike.

Standing at over five feet tall and weighing nearly two hundred pounds the powerful Dual Grass/Fighting-Type would take position on it's side of the arena, waiting with an intense glare in it's eyes while Eugene continued to smoke.
