Who knew he'd find himself back anywhere near the ocean after what he and that damn captain had gone through?[break][break]

But he wanted to get himself an excadrill and he hoped he'd find at least a drillbur in this fuckin' mess of a place.[break][break]

The only reason he hadn't tried a route was because he hadn't been to this place and figured there wouldn't be people competing for what he wanted to find. So far, he was right. Just him, the water, and a fuckin' sour attitude cause he'd needed to surf out to the cave... annoying.[break][break]

The cavern had more ground that he assumed it would, less water than he thought. Though, admittedly, he was avoiding the water... so that's probably way.[break][break]

When a vanilluxe came into his view, he eyed the creature curiously before frowning. Usually, he'd have to scan something to know what it was if it was as bizarre as this thing. But, he found himself simply smirking as he recognized the popular Kalos mascot.[break][break]

And the smirk was gone as he turned away from it with a frown. Not something he was interested in, goodbye ice cream boy.

his adventuring into the cave wasn't going so well.[break][break]

though if asked, he'd lie and say it was going swimmingly. yikes, what a loser. either way, even with seeing a cryogonal that used a solar beam on an unsuspecting victim, he passed it up and continued through the cave. he was on the hunt for a drilbur.[break][break]

weren't they as common as diglets or something? apparently not.
