Alek listened as he plucked the piece of paper off of his table. A quick glance gave him the general gist of what was needed, but what for, he thought. "Full thorough check-up with complete sampling of subject." He uttered. "You never need this much for a simple routine check..."

He eyed the unconscious mon, then back at the list. Specific requirements were laid out throughout the list he had been given, presumably coming from someone who knew what to do with what's requested of him; someone other than Chu-e, that he was sure of. 

He knew very well that it was for something much more, perhaps even something confidential; something only those of higher echelon had access and rights to. Though, much like most slaves to the cause of science, Alek's curiosity knows no bounds.

"Sure, sir, I'll bite. Handling them's what I do best, after all." He said as he tucked the list securely underneath the paperweight on his desk. "Though what's it for?" He dared to pry. "Curious, is all."

Alek, much like everyone else within the lab, had his own business to attend to. With Rocket's given equipment, analysis of his newly acquired ditto's gene samples were made possible with relative ease and comfort. Many wonder of its mystery, yet little ever made use of what knowledge came from it. Nevermind the occasional sparks and flares those around him made, for very little could ever break his concentration.

Notes and tools scatter before him as a larvitar came seemingly out of nowhere and onto his table. The weathered man took his beaked mask off and gave a pinch to the bridge of his nose out of nuisance. With his thumb and his index, Alek simultaneously gave both eyes a rub. "Look, you're the fifth one this week. I can't and won't install guns and or blades on your pokemon..." He trailed off. As he gave his eye rub a pause, he finally saw the man behind the mon.

"Oh." He grimaced just as he took sight of his superior. "Well? What can I do for you and this here larvitar?" He asked. "And please do note of my previous statement."
