Pryde enjoys his more fruity drink for now, enjoying the salt on the rim mixed with the drink. From the corner of his eye he notices the pink haired young lady and doesn't pay much mind to her staring at first thinking nothing of it as he seems to check his phone as a message comes in. Seems like one of his men had a question, too bad he didn't answer calls while on break. [break][break]

Though it seems like the young girl's staring at him wasn't just a simple in passing. Though he plays the nice man as he gives the young lady a smile, pondering for a moment why the hair looked familiar, "Hasn't your father ever taught you it's rude to stare?" he says more in jest than actually to scold, as the smile he has is more out of amusement than anything else.

"Yeeeess," Pryde gives a positive cheer for once to his pokemon as the ore below them cracks. Pryde would attempt to take some of the cracked shards and store them within a compartment within his robotic arm before he looks up. The League's Beam on it's way to do the job and it was time to go. Though he knows with the damage his vessel sustained in coming here that was no longer the option in leave. Sucks to be the men and women knocked out in the ship as he recalls his now lucario for his Jellicent. [break][break]

Admittedly there is a curiosity in traveling via kim cole-essam's odd hoop pokemon, however Pryde would never risk the possibility of capture. He has spent his time behind bars and he doesn't plan on going back any time soon so while riding his jellyfish pokemon to float off with enough force to leave the meteorite. The ghost pokemon does what it can to hold tight to it's master while they descend upon hoenn. The earth flashes and different regions seem to come to view. [break][break]

A small rage builds at the sight of Kalos, his home region. Nothing would bring him greater joy if all this carnage could happen there rather than Hoenn. Though this was why he did what he could for Rocket, for eventually they'll bring enough chaos to all regions, Kalos included, he just had to by his time. For now the beam finally strikes and its as if fireworks go off as more samples seem to try and break off and fall. Pryde would give the order to try and gather more samples as that was the primary goal of doing all this in the first place. Before they would reach the ground the Jellecent would fire off a WHIRLPOOL down to slow their fall. [break][break]

And if nothing else, there was a reason why Pryde choose such a soft pokemon to land with.

As time grows thin the villain shows their true face, as if this were some sort of animated story. That didn't bother Pryde any as he is forced to recall his Magnezone to it's pokeball as they were caught on the tail end of its teleport by the Deoxys. Its downfall mattered little as it did it's job, got him closer to the vain to allow him the chance to try and mine the sample dear old Walsh wanted. [break][break]

Pryde calls on his shadow Riolu next before strange things begin to occur. From the Unown swarming the other doctor, to most of the pokemon beginning to crystalize in an odd manor. His Riolu no different as it takes in the energy, "There is little time," Pryde orders and he whistles an order. Whether it be it's want to please it's master, the energy of the new TERASTALLIZATION or even just the energy infecting it's Pokerus, a white light engulfs him and the Riolu evolves as it was charging a AURA SPHERE in order to strike the meteorite to try and break a piece of it for the Rocket Scientist to study later.

SPACE-TIME DISTORTION #12

Another distortion and another chance to learn. More of these all so curious distortions. With one of his shadow Riolu at his side Pryde decides to the best to learn is by taking. Such was the Rocket way, such was his way. With a whistle Pryde sicks the Riolu on the Decisueye. [Break][break]

Blow after blow, fist clash against talons as the Riolu fights against the fully evolved Pokemon. But I'm the end Gamma one knew which of them was Superior and it was going to show this birb who was boss. They're the product of what Rocket could produce and the bird will submit to Rocket just as it has.

With one final blow the Decisueye goes down. Though despite the win Pryde does seem to show some distaste with how long it took. He needs to figure out how to evolve them quickly. Until then he'll catch the distorted Decisueye.

Clearly the so called astronomer hasn't heard the rest of her saying. Curiosity may kill the cat, but satisfaction will bring it back. And seeing how yet another copy of the Deoxys part of him couldn't help but smile as he feels like taking what they want from it would well be worth it. Though first distance needs to be crossed. [break][break]

Pryde recalls his Typhosion and in it's place out comes his Magnezone again and as the METEOR BEAM comes at both league and Rocket alike he has his Magnezone try to TELEPORT them closer toward the wanted mineral, as well as using the teleport to get out of the way of the initial blast. For now thinking of possible ways for them to take out the problem pokemon to finally get their target.

The sucker punch hits true, and if it weren't for the mask the Ranger might see the blood coming from his mouth. Why he enjoyed pain would be something he is sure very few therapist could unpack. Pryde seems ready to attack back until the voice speaks out. [break][break]

and with that the arm acts of it's own accord against it's owner's wishes as rather than attack there is a shift in the arm and one becomes many as the Rotom uses DOULBE TEAM to create multiple targets. The Slivally clashing into one of his after images, how annoying he was having fun. Though he supposes he shouldn't waste too much time here as Pryde and his clones all raise their arms and use DISHCHARGE.[break][break]

The electricity going everywhere to Orion, his pokemon, his own Meltan, and to what should be the Ranger's worry, the ranger elite. Pryde having set it off deliberately after using the water attack to try and do more damage to his opponent. Thankfully the melmetal shakes off the electric attack from it's master well enough though with yet another attack from the absol it is now starting to look worse for wear, but it refuses to fall so easily. While the enermy is up close it uses a HEADBUTT to counter.

A brow raises when she mentions not having worked in Kanto before, and yet she heard of both his work and some projects. Though at the mention of 'parents' everything started falling into place like a puzzle where there was one hidden piece. The name becoming far more familiar and some of the mystery around the young lady has faded. Though now it brought up other questions about her. Mostly about why be here as, if memory serves well, they had met with a terrible fate. [break][break]

"Amusing," he comments as he strokes his beard, "So you hope to follow in their footsteps then?" he ponders allowing her to take that either positively or negatively. Though a yelp from one of the other recruits cuts through the air as while it seems one of them managed to get the shelder off but now it was biting into their arm, Pryde does nothing but judge as several of the others seem unsure if they should help or keep going. Voices of few of the men he was riding with cry out as Pryde does what he can. And while his Magezone does what it can, the landing it rough, and those he were with are knocked out by the rough landing. While the Head Scientist was able to keep himself mostly steady within his piolet's seat. Hes hurt but he isn't useless like the others, but he didn't care for their fates as he gets out of the craft. [break][break]

For a moment the scientist allows himself to stand in awe of the beautiful site above, the reflection of the region's map on his helmet as it hid his own features. [break][break]

The warnings from his arm come as Raphael looks past oscar clayton toward their target before the Magnezone alerts them of the incoming attack from what looked to be the gym leader noah faber. "The mine is most important," he would tell the beast as the WHIRLWIND forces his pokemon to return to his pokeball before the typholsion takes it's place. Pryde whistles and the ghost pokemon attacks back with INFERNAL PARADE while Pryde makes his way toward the mine.

A voice within the vessel calls, not that he needs to hear it as he could feel the way the ship shakes. This added GRAVITY has messed with all the original calculations the ship needed for both it's flight and it's landing. And while Pryde does what he can to input the needed calculations in order to counter balance, they were going much to fast for it to be enough. [break][break]

He hears over the radio about several wanting to land toward the mineral mine, and Pryde just gives an affirmative as he tries to handle things on his end. In the end he calls for his Magnezone and ordering a MAGNET RISE on the ship to see if the electro magnetics couldn't help soften their landing. [break][break]

Mask on, suit set and ready, and he was ready for the day. [break][break]

The day he could help that something went wrong with the teleportation methods and brought this world to ash where it belonged. Though seeing how that required multiple things going wrong, and seeing how he made sure to prep suits for the chance to get samples of the Meteor he doubt the carnage would hold true. So he does the back up, preps for the future and see just what studying this material could bring them. [break][break]

He is the piolet on his ship up as he doesn't trust others for the flight an landing. And rather use the grunts as the muscle and numbers they were meant to be hired for to begin with. He'll give a simple "Take care of them order," to those in the ship with him. Meanwhile Pryde has installed the Rotom normally in his arm into the ship's system during their take off. Not only for a bit of extra energy, but for cases like these where he would order a PROTECT against those aiming toward his ship. [break][break]
