ghosts haunting apartment buildings that were once unoccupied lands... sounded up her alley. Mauville City wasn't spared from the supernatural. Siobhan enters the home of one Ms. Olive, having been paid to rid the apartment of something 'unearthly'.

noises at night. flickering lights. the usual activity. Siobhan didn't have the heart to turn the old lady away despite Ms. Olive lacking a deep pocket. and the chance to obtain a ghost Pokemon? that was icing on the cake.

so in she went, at night, waiting for the witching hour. t'was 3 am by the time the lights were all dimmed. Siobhan rises from the bed she was laying on and got to work. releasing her Dreepy, she let the dragon ghost lead.

"if you find anything, let me know" was given to the Pokemon as it drifted through a wall.

Siobhan watches as he climbs the knoll before joining him. she did say she was going to see the juniper trees, after all. it was reminiscent of the times she spent climbing all over the Glimwood Tangle.

this was a walk in the submarine. literally.

stopping behind him, she looks from his back to the foliage. "just going through the motions, hmm?" she dares say, wondering just how fickle Remiel seemed to be. she did not know what to think.

perhaps it was best she dare not get close to him. what sort of passing interest could he have... to abandon it so easily. "you have accomplished so much in Rocket, in Galar and in Hoenn" she goes on.

"what else is there to gain?"

"no harm" Siobhan would respond to the fellow Grunt as he appeared, releasing his Gengar "let's go." she wasn't going to stand around all day when work was to be done.

the tall grass did little to bother her with the long stockings she wore. Siobhan glanced around, spotting easily the flash of yellow fur trying to escape. Wide Guard was used, protecting the Gengar from harm.

"I'll let you have the first move" she says, gesturing to the shaking grass. her Pokémon did it's part to protect his, leaving them invincible for a few turns.

another Wimipod. another pass. Siobhan watched as the duo-type scurried away upon seeing her. it went into the nearest hole, a burrow of a sorts. Whimiscott would drift after it to make sure it was truly gone, before floating back to her side. the Dratini was captured effectively and they only had one sphere left. time to buckle down. time to be slightly picky about the last inhabitant.

disappointing.

"I was not in Hoenn at the time" she would tell Cian, shaking her head "and footage found online diminishes the reality of such events." but that was personal opinion.

it was hard to find honest footage, as a folklorist's opinion after all.

"perhaps I'll visit the scene one day" Siobhan muses. pay her respects, get a read on the situation for her own eyes... that sort of thing "you were lucky not to be there that day."

she adds this, taking a sip of her smoothie.

"I don't need to be respected by everyone" she would correct him, having no reason to rule with fear and blood "I want to make waves but not drown anyone in the process."

her eyes glittered with something unknown at his query. it looked like she would not reply to him at all, until she did. Siobhan was silent for a good long time, as if debating answering Remiel.

"nobody."

it was a simple answer. he could take what he liked from it. "I have nobody to impress" she adds in idly "and it would be silly to try and impress people who do not know of me or do not care."

she was at least truthful about it. there was nobody that stood out, nobody she wanted to look her way. perhaps that wasn't entirely true. Siobhan gives Remiel a lofty look as he passes.

"and what direction is that?"

"perhaps" she gives him, a slight nod of acknowledgment "though I think they care more for Hoenn than humanity." and all the Pokémon involved as a result of humanity's many sins.

she turns back to the tablet. "it does not say they saved humans. only that Hoenn was in danger and they helped out." did they lose some critical items in order to summon?

it was too much guessing.

"perhaps something happened to them" Siobhan shrugs "perhaps they lost the ability to summon a God" Legendries came with their own artifacts sometimes "I plan to go to Meteor Falls."

she leaves that in the air briefly. "to see if there are any clues left."

Amor Rose

she could stand to leave the books behind for one day.

there were reports of Pikachu digging for evolution stones. typically, they did not do such a thing. was it the recent events in Hoenn that caused them to try and evolve prematurely? did the Pokémon fear for their safety?

it mattered not.

Siobhan was here to capture as many as possible. releasing her Shiny Mareanie, she hoped to poison them and whittle down their health. it would make capturing them much, much easier. alas, she was not able to do such a thing alone.

another Rocket had to show up and help, for more Pikachu meant more power for Rocket.

with her fortunate find safely pocketed, she turns her attention back to the young man. "Siobhan" she smiles thinly. most did not usually say 'nice to meet you'. especially after getting to know her "it is nice to meet you as well, Ryuuzaki. what is the meaning behind your name, if I may ask?"

she had a very good investment in the meanings behind names.

the Mudkip was also very tempting but she let it be, focusing on the landscape and wishing to capture something more her speed. poison types were favorable to her, considering she wanted to obtain a Salazzle one day. the shiny specimen would be suitable for now. "the mademoiselle would be thankful for the company." she adds to him.
